Spent one night with the misses and it was a nice little getaway from home
Pros:

It was located right by the freeway and had a lot of fast food restaurants nearby.. and also, it was within minutes from the Promenade Mall. The free breakfast had many delicious options.

Cons:

The location was tucked behind other businesses and was easy to miss if we hadn’t paid attention. The juice machines were a bummer, cranberry and orange juices tasted super watered down.

Location was good for my needs, however not sure I would stay again if I have plans in the area.
Pros:

The server could be friendlier, and he could have kept the supplies better stocked. He seemed to do his job but had no real personality and didn't interact much with the guests. For instance, on the second day there, I noticed many condiments were not out on the counter as they were the day before, and guests were opening cabinets and drawers to get the needed items. I mentioned to him that the coffee was all out- all 3 carafes- and he did not even say a word; he just walked past me to go and get the empty containers to replenish them.
The bacon was super thin, btw, not very appetizing.

We had a terrible experience!
Pros:

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The towels were ok.

Cons:

The room smelled like "dog". There was rust on the grab bar in the shower. It was hard to control the temperature set up in the shower. The a/c was very noisy. There were no hooks on which to put your wet towels and washcloths.As for the housekeeping-we were told it was very limited. It was practically non-existant. There would be no daily towel change for 3 days; no bed made-up; and if you wanted your trash emptied, you had to put it outside your door. When we first got our room, the toilet was clogged up. My husband told the front desk and was given a plunger. We stayed only one night. We were going to stay 6 nights. We did get a refund and were charged for only one night. We will never stay here again. Terrible experience!
