Pros:

Sehr großes Zimmer, sehr sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal. Da der Fahrradkeller vollgestellt war, durfte ich mein eBike in der Lobby unterstellen und dort laden. Fand ich total zuvorkommend.
Zum Zentrum schöner Fußmarsch durch die weltlängste Burg. dm, Apotheke, Restaurant und Eisdiele etc. in direkter Hotelnähe. Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend.

Good location
Pros:

Frustrating we couldn’t check in till 3.30, especially when cleaning staff came into our room before 10am to clean. Felt this was very rude they did it twice

Pros:

Läget var bra. Bra rum. Trevligt hotell. Bra personal i receptionen.

Cons:

Väldigt tomt i skålarna på frukosten och ett otrevligt bemötande när man frågade efter påfyllning.

One night in Burghausen
Pros:

Kamer erg schoon en netjes. Bed lag lekker. Gratis drankjes uit koelkast in kamer.

Cons:

Onduidelijk informatie over parkeren. Er was een parkeer garage. Maar 15 min lopen naar hotel met bagage. Pas na inchecken leerden we dat hotel eigen plekken had dichter bij ingang. Moest auto verplaatsen. Erg vervelend. Ontbijt was matig. Geen fruit. Alleen rare salades met veel te veel saus.

Solange der Club da ist: Nie mehr.
Pros:

Wir haben einmal gefrühstückt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und ansprechend. Das Zimmer und die Naßzelle sind für zwei Nächte ausreichend groß. Zur Altstadt sind es wenige Minuten. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe.

Cons:

Wir waren bei großer Hitze in Burghausen. Dafür kann das Hotels nichts ist aber dafür nicht vorbereitet. Es war zwar ein mobiler Ventilator im Zimmer der aber nichts bringt, wenn die Hitze schon im Zimmer ist. Außenjalousien gibt es keine, nur Vorhänge. Diese waren nicht geschlossen, als wir das Zimmer bezogen haben. Entsprechend heiß und stickig war es im Zimmer. Nachts bei offenen Fenster schlafen, war nicht möglich, weil im Keller so was Ähnliches wie ein Club ist. Entsprechend laut war es, wenn Leute den Club zum Rauchen etc verlassen haben. Es waren zwei sehr unangenehme Nächte.

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal, bequeme Betten und ein geräumiges Zimmer, kostenloser Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und sogar kostenlose Getränke aus der Minibar.

Cons:

Die fehlende Klimaanlage,es war sehr warm im Zimmer und das Schlafen dadurch erschwert.
