Pros:

The staff were great, very accomdating and very friendly. They make you feel like family especially Chaima and Pamela from the Market and Ismaeel from reception. The bedroom was spacious and clean.

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed with the overall upkeep of the bathroom as this is a five star hotel. The wear and tear had taken it's toil. The tiles were chipped was there was grime on the shower tiles. The position of the bidet hand spray was placed in an awkward position so you would basically have to be a contortionist to use it.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

The check-in process was efficient and seamless, and I greatly appreciated the lovely room upgrade. The breakfast was enjoyable and of high quality. They were also kind enough to provide us with a late check-out.

Cons:

My only suggestion for improvement is to add an automatic temperature setting to the air conditioning system to prevent it from running continuously.

Pros:

Food only

Cons:

Very disappointing experience, especially as this was my first stay at this hotel. I genuinely regret choosing it and wish I had booked another hotel.

The air conditioning was not cooling properly, and the room was uncomfortably warm. Housekeeping was extremely disappointing — we had to repeatedly contact them just to get the room cleaned.

There were no facial tissues in the room. Even after specifically requesting facial tissues and confirming what I meant, I was given toilet tissue instead.

The room service trolley was another issue. We called to have it collected, but no one came. It was left there from around 10:00 PM until almost the following day.

The check-in process was also unnecessarily complicated and delayed. My name had officially been changed, and my updated identification was available through Metrash, yet the staff member handling my check-in used my old ID and somehow registered me under two different names. This caused unnecessary delays on a day when we already had an event to attend. The situation could have been handled much more efficiently and professionally.

The only positive part of the experience was two members of the reception team who were genuinely helpful and professional.

Unfortunately, everything else was far below my expectations. For the standard I expected from this hotel, the lack of attention to basic guest needs and service was extremely disappointing.

Definitely not the experience I expected, and I left regretting my choice of hotel.
