Very disappointing experience, especially as this was my first stay at this hotel. I genuinely regret choosing it and wish I had booked another hotel.

The air conditioning was not cooling properly, and the room was uncomfortably warm. Housekeeping was extremely disappointing — we had to repeatedly contact them just to get the room cleaned.

There were no facial tissues in the room. Even after specifically requesting facial tissues and confirming what I meant, I was given toilet tissue instead.

The room service trolley was another issue. We called to have it collected, but no one came. It was left there from around 10:00 PM until almost the following day.

The check-in process was also unnecessarily complicated and delayed. My name had officially been changed, and my updated identification was available through Metrash, yet the staff member handling my check-in used my old ID and somehow registered me under two different names. This caused unnecessary delays on a day when we already had an event to attend. The situation could have been handled much more efficiently and professionally.

The only positive part of the experience was two members of the reception team who were genuinely helpful and professional.

Unfortunately, everything else was far below my expectations. For the standard I expected from this hotel, the lack of attention to basic guest needs and service was extremely disappointing.

Definitely not the experience I expected, and I left regretting my choice of hotel.

Estada maravilhosa!
Pros:

Hotel muito acolhedor e aconchegante. Quarto muito amplo, tivemos um Maleiro, muito simpático, que levou nossas malas para o quarto e nos explicou como tudo funcionava.
Nosso café da manhã estava fantástico, muita variedade e tudo delicioso! Conseguimos um later checkout, que nos ajudou muito.
Staff muito atencioso e educado!
Um excelente hotel para a estada em Doha!!

اولا حسن الاستقبال من السيده صفا التي عملت لي اب قريت علي الغرفه العاديه الي سويت وحسن تعاملها باحتراف وتعامل مع النزيل وابتسامتها الدائمة في كل وقت واهتماها واستقبالها ولا انسي السيد طارق من كل ذلك فقد اهتم كثيرا بي اثناء المغادره وكان مبتسما تحياتي للجميع
