Excellent service, mais standing en deçà d'un vrai palace
Pros:

Service et accueil : Personnel prévenant, attentionné et très serviable tout au long du séjour.

Gastronomie : Excellente qualité de la restauration, particulièrement aux tables du Lagon & Jardin et d'Othello.

Entretien de la chambre : Ménage quotidien rigoureux et propreté irréprochable de la suite.

Cons:

Emplacement et calme de la suite : Située à l'extrémité du domaine, la chambre souffre d'une forte nuisance sonore due à la proximité immédiate d'un axe routier très passant.

Circulation intérieure : Accès aux piscines contraignant, obligeant à repasser systématiquement par le hall principal et la réception en raison d'accès secondaires condamnés.

Infrastructures extérieures : Entretien perfectible de l'espace piscine (coussins parfois sales ou défraîchis).

Connectivité & multimédia :
Connexion Wi-Fi très instable aux abords de la piscine, avec de fréquentes zones blanches.
Réception TV défaillante (coupures répétées et pertes de signal sur les chaînes françaises).

It was OK but unfortunately not good
Pros:

Whilst the hotel is 30 minutes walk from Marrakesh centre the immediate environment is lovely

Cons:

The service was very mixed for a higher end hotel.

Marrakech autrement : chic, sobre et calme
Pros:

Absolument tout! Du Check in au Check out, aucune fausse note. Le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse, professionnel et discret. Ils mettent tout en œuvre pour vous faire passer un beau séjour.
La piscine est d’une rare quiétude pour un hôtel de cette capacité.
Les nombreuses attentions dans les chambres sont très appréciées.
Le spa est vraiment agréable.
