An outstanding hotel in Marrakech, with beautiful gardens, excellent pools, a superb spa, and impeccable service
Pros:

My third stay at Es Saadi Marrakech Resort Palace confirms the excellent impression from my previous visits. This is a high-quality hotel set in an elegant and peaceful environment, surrounded by beautifully maintained lush gardens.

The outstanding outdoor swimming pools, including a heated pool, the excellent breakfast, and the superb spa facilities with an indoor pool are particular highlights.

The service remains attentive and professional, contributing to a consistently memorable experience. A hotel that continues to meet expectations and that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking comfort, tranquillity, and quality in Marrakech.

Pros:

La piscine, l’accueil, le jardin, le spa, les soins, la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Il pas possible de prendre le petit déjeuner dehors, malgré l’envie d’y aller et le cadre magnifique a cause des abeilles et des oiseaux qui viennent piquer dans les assiettes. Aucune amélioration depuis 2022 où le problème existait déjà.
Obligé de se partager le sel et poivre entre les tables par manque de matériel

Good food and a great swimming pool.

Cons:

Before confirming my reservation, I contacted Es Saadi Palace to request a room with the view shown on their Booking.com profile. They did not indicate that such a room might not be available. Upon arrival, the view from my room was disappointing—the balcony was obstructed by trees, and there was no real view. Had I known this in advance, I would not have chosen this resort. The staff told me that nothing could be done because the room was already occupied by another guest. They could have informed me about this earlier, especially as I had contacted them four days before my arrival.

Nadherne priestory hotela,vstupna hala,unikatna izba deluxe suita,krasna architektura,pekna zahrada s bazenom, kazde poschodie v inej fatbe s prenadhernymi dverami. Velmi mily a usluzny personal,specialne pri vstupe do hotela a velmi vyzdvihujem ustretovost a proklientsky pristup pana Saad Bouljire (concierge). Vynikajuce ranajky. Velka pohodlna poste.

Cons:

Pomalsia obsluha pri bazene,aj ked sa velmi snazili,nestihali obsluhovat. Na takuto uroven hotela,mohla byt voda v celom areali complimentary.

Sehr zu empfehlen, auch aufgrund der Nähe zum Zentrum, in der Früh konnte ich alleine im 50m Pool inmitten eines Orangen
