Pros:

La beauté du lieu lui même . Le personnel du restaurant très professionnel , réactif et souriant .

La piscine agréable et l'eau bien chaude . Notre suite avec sa terrasse privée .
La cuisine et les choix de la carte du restaurant parfait .

L'hôtel Sultana 5 * à proximité pour un diner au rooftop chic , musique lounge . Service impeccable

Cons:

Il est situer dans la Médina , mais pas dans le meilleur endroit . Vous passez devant pas mal de boutiques , restaurants etc.. pas vraiment propre et plutôt trés sale .

Malgré cela nous ne nous sommes pas sentis en insécurité . Pas de taxi à proximité de l'hôtel . Trés peut de restaurants élégants à proximité . Pas de conseils du personnel à l'accueil pour un restaurant , excursion , visite etc...

Lovely comfortable stay with good facilities!
Pros:

It was be lovely stepping from all the chaos into the quiet and serene garden. The bed was also comfortable and they ask which essential oil to spray you room.

Cons:

Our room was right above the restaurant we could hear the ice being reloaded first thing in the morning as the windows are shutters and not sound proof.

Overall an excellent stay in a peaceful and beautiful location.
Pros:

The room wqs quite comfortable and in a very quiet location on the property. We loved the lush garden grounds and ate breakfast and a dinner there on both nigts of our stay. The food was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

De l accueil à la chambre en passant par le jardin, tout est magnifique
C est un lieu enchanteur à l abri de l agitation de la ville.
Le personnel est souriant, aimable et attentionné
Le hammam est à l image de l hôtel, parfait

Loved it! Highly recommend.
Pros:

The location is great. It’s one of the very few Riad style hotels that a car can pull up at the door. Most other Riads you have to walk with your suitcase for quite a way. And the location is great for the medina and outside the medina as it’s on the edge. Lastly, it’s Riad but more like a hotel. So you get quite an open space with sunshine by the pool area, gardens and rooftop. Lastly the staff are lovely. Kind, funny and attentive.

Cons:

Nothing really! Only thing is sometimes it’s hard to get a bed by the pool to sun bake. But that’s about it!

Classical quality.
Pros:

Felt like the epitome of 1920’s luxury. Beautiful tasteful decor, the staff are so attentive without being pretentious or overbearing. The food is Michelin quality.

An unforgettable stay in the heart of Marrakech
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Les Jardins de la Médina. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and full of charm, and the pool and gardens are the perfect place to relax after exploring Marrakech.

What truly made our stay special, however, was the team. From the Front Office to the restaurant, Housekeeping and everyone working behind the scenes, we were always welcomed with genuine smiles, kindness and outstanding service. Everyone was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

A special mention to the Front Office team, who were always available to help us with information, recommendations and anything we needed. You are the first impression of the hotel, and you represent it wonderfully.

Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome.

Séjour réussi mais un peu gâché par la cuisine très décevante
Pros:

C’est la 4e fois que je viens , j’apprécie le cadre ravissant avec son jardin magnifique , la belle piscine , le personnel d’une grande gentillesse du personnel , et en particulier Zouair Amane du restaurant et Khadija la masseuse adorable du SPA

Cons:

J’ai trouvé que la nourriture au bord de piscine et la qualité des plats au restaurant avait beaucoup baissé par rapport à ce que j’ai connu qui était délicieux .
Le Club sandwich était immangeable , pain brûlé et rassis , dedans des restes de bout de fromage avec des bouts de laitue . Je l’ai donc rapporté au serveur qui ne me l’a pas fait payé . Quant au couscous de la mer , c’est une montagne de semoule avec plein de champignons ! on cherche le poisson , 2 crevettes et 2 bouts de calamar immangeables.
