Leuk hotel in een perfect deel van de stad
Pros:

Mooi, leuk, hotel op een goede locatie. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de wasserette. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We liepen overal zo naartoe.

Very good, quiet and peaceful.
Pros:

Having access to full kitchen to prepare meals.Full amenities.Easy walk to Salt Palace and City Creek Mall.

Cons:

Was not able to use the landline phone locally to book taxi for rides to the airport. As a guest from Canada, it cost to use mobile data for a local call.

The room was nice, comfortable, and well equipped. The location was excellent, making it very convenient to walk around and explore downtown Salt Lake City. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay.

Keine veränderung seit ca 2.5 Jahren!!!!!

Bei der Ankunft waren wir nicht Willkommen. Es scheint so als hätten wir die Dame am Empfang beim Candy Crush gestört :(
Mit dem Lift ging es in den obersten Stock. Der Lift war sehr heiss und die Aussendrücker sind sehr schlecht montiert. Vielleicht ein Service oder sogar eine Modernisierung nötig. Um ins Zimmer zu kommen ging es zu Fuss einen halben Stock nach unten ohne Lift. Wie machen das beeinträchtigte Menschen? Die Zimmertüre klemmte bereits beim ersten öffnen. Nach dem öffnen schlug ein widerlicher Geruch entgegen. Es roch so, als wäre Jahrzehnte lang ein Raucherzimmer gewesen und es wurde einfach miserabel oder gar nicht renoviert. Die Küche machte den Eindruck als wäre sie 40 Jahre alt. Aus der Spüle stinkt es gewaltig. Der Geruch der Spüle wurde jedoch durch den Allgemeinen Zimmergeruch massiv überboten. Die Badezimmertüre war ausgerissen und konnte nur durch leichtes anheben geschlossen werden. In der Abzugshaube im Bad war bereits Rost. In der Badewanne war die Versiegelung beschädigt und die Duschvorhangstande war auch gesplittert. Das Lavabo war mit einem Stein eingefasst welcher gesprungen ist. Der Tv hat nur eine Sehr schlechte Auflösung, wir konnten kein Eishockeymatch schauen, da der Puck nicht sichtbar war. Das Kabelmanagement war aus sehr "interessant". Trotz geschlossener Fenster hörte man die vorbeifahrenden Autos, als würden sie durch das Bettfahren.
Wir haben nach einer Horrornacht das Hotel verlassen obwohl wir zwei Nächte gebucht hatten. Zum Glück gibt es kein Frühstück, da der allgemeine Zustand in der Küche nicht anders wäre, denke ich.
Wahrscheinlich ist man sich dieser Mängel bewusst, da die Rezeption auch 40min nach eigentlicher Öffnung nicht besetzt war. Es war auch kein Licht an. Folglich konnte man das Personal nicht konfrontieren.
Unsere Kleider rochen noch im Nächsten Hotel extrem komisch.
Wir empfehlen jedem einen RIESEN Bogen um dieses Hotel zu machen!!

Love this location.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect. The room had a small kitchen. I also like the quirky way the building is set up.

Cons:

The showerhead was a bit old, and the parking was a bit hard for trucks, but all in all, not a bad place.

Pros:

The location is great. The apartment was well-stocked with everything I needed. Also, It's quiet and clean. I really appreciated how easy the after-hours check in was.

Cons:

The only thing I would recommend would be some dark curtains in the bedroom. There is quite a bit of light from the the street lights outside.
