Accueil désastreux

La dame qui s'occupait du petit déjeuner a été aimable et souriante.

Cons:

Le moins que l'on puisse dire, c'est que le personnel ne fait vraiment aucun effort pour rendre votre séjour agréable.
Mon mari et moi sommes arrivés à l'hôtel à 14 h 56 (le check-in est à 15 h 00), et l'homme à la réception nous a fait asseoir dans le hall et patienter cinq minutes. À 15 h 01, il nous a dit : « C'est bon, votre chambre est prête. »
Nous voyageons très, très souvent, et c'est la première fois que nous sommes confrontés à une situation pareille ! Ne pas nous remettre les clés d'une chambre qui, de toute évidence, était prête, quatre minutes avant l'heure du check-in montre vraiment un manque de considération pour la satisfaction des clients.
La veille, nous étions arrivés avec 35 minutes d'avance sur l'heure du check-in dans un hôtel à Smithfield, en Caroline du Nord, et, très sincèrement, nous étions persuadés que notre chambre ne serait pas encore disponible. Nous étions donc prêts à attendre. Pourtant, dès notre arrivée, les clés nous ont été remises immédiatement, avec le sourire en plus.

Le jour du départ, lorsque nous avons rendu notre clé le matin, la dame à l'accueil ne nous a même pas dit « bonjour ». Elle nous a à peine regardés et, lorsque nous lui avons demandé d'imprimer notre facture, nous avons vraiment eu l'impression de la déranger ! Elle ne nous a pas dit « au revoir » et a à peine répondu lorsque mon mari lui a souhaité une bonne journée !
Si le personnel n'a pas envie d'être aimable avec les clients, alors il devrait changer de métier !
Je n'ai jamais vu un personnel d'accueil aussi désagréable que dans cet hôtel !
