FANTASTICA
Pros:

La zona exterior (piscinas, playa, etc) es espectacular. Un eden de tranquilidad frente al mar.
El desayuno excelente, fruta de temporada muy variada y en su punto.
Habitaciones amplias y comodas.
Todas las comodidades y un personal muy atento y profesional.
A cinco minutos en coche de Porto Cervo

Cons:

Toca actualizar bañeras por duchas....el resto fantastico.

Pros:

Struttura un po datata ma tenuta bene. Giardini curati e piscine molto belle

Cons:

Poca pulizia nella camera inoltre essendo a piano terra avevamo sempre le formiche. Ho richiesto più volte l’intervento per debellarle.

Durch das Hotel leider nicht gelungen

sehr schöne Lage und freundliches Personal

Cons:

ein luxury beach Hotel stellt man sich anders vor ,oder besser, kennen wir anders. Dieses Hotel hat nicht den Standard ,den es angibt zu haben. Das Frühstück ist dann auch eher einem Garni Hotel zuzuschreiben. Die Zimmer, besonders der Sanitärbereich, lässt zu wünschen übrig (aus der Zeit gefallen).Bei den Bettlampen hing das Kabel frei raus und so weiter. Der Belag im Poolbereich löst sich ab oder fehlen. Parkflächen fürs Mietauto begrenzt, kein valet parken!!

Terrible. Do not stay here.

The resort in beautiful.

Our stay at Colonna Resort Porto Cervo was extremely disappointing, especially considering this is supposed to be a five-star resort.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. There was no warm welcome and the overall attitude throughout our stay was cold and unfriendly.

What upset us the most was how we were made to feel because we had children with us. It seemed as though families were not welcome, and the staff often acted as if our children were a problem. For a luxury resort, we expected professionalism and hospitality, but instead we felt judged and uncomfortable.

Whenever we needed assistance, the staff were unhelpful and showed little interest in resolving issues or making our stay enjoyable. There were several other incidents during our visit that reinforced the feeling that customer service simply wasn't a priority.

A five-star resort should make guests feel welcome, relaxed, and cared for. Unfortunately, this resort did the exact opposite. We left feeling disappointed and I would never recommend this resort to anyone. We certainly won't be returning.

Muy buen lugar para una estancia tranquila
Pros:

Ubicacion inmejorable, las vistas, y las instalaciones.
El restaurante de las cenas, la comida estaba increible.
Las habitaciones estaban muy bien y el servicio de recepcion y limpieza, muy atentos y profesionales.

Cons:

El servicio del Pool Bar, deja mucho que desear, ibamos todas las tardes y los camareros tardaban mucho en atender, nos traian mal las cosas, parece que no querian trabajar, y algunos solo hablaban Italiano, para un hotel de esta categoria me parece imprescindible que no hablen ingles. Concretamente algunos camareros locales, italianos.
Los camareros y resto de personal argentinos eran muy atentos y trabajaban bien.
El buffet del desayuno, no tenia nada de calidad. La fruta no era de temporada, te daban fruta sin madurar, el pan parece industrial y la oferta de comida era muy limitada, propio de un buffet de 4 o 3 estrellas

la spiaggetta ... meravigliosa e non affollata

Cons:

il ristorante per il pranzo dovrebbe offrire qualcosa di mare: es spaghetti vongole o frutti di mare un pesce al forno ecc. per il livello che è l'hotel ci vorrebbe qualcosa di meglio sulla ristorazione.

L’endroit est vraiment magique. Les paysages très beaux.
