Very disappointing experience. The concierge provided misleading information, ignored email complaints, and was unprofessional. Some concierge staff even raised their voices at guests. I would not recommend this hotel.

Spectacular views, very tranquil place, really relaxing
Pros:

Amazing location. Spectacular view, pools were huge. Beach small but lovely clear water. Breakfast buffet good. A lot of food in the evening!

Rooms are on the small side but this is a minor thing
