Piscine molto vaste e belle, peccato l'acqua un po fredda, ma molto belle
Lyxigt. Stora poolområden med bra solstolar. Inte så mycket folk. Privata strand och brygga med solstolar var toppen.

Middagen lyxig.
För långt från stad och aktiviteter (utan att behöva betala dyr taxi). Inte så mycket att göra på resorten, förutom enbart poolhäng/strandhäng hela dagarna.
Lunchbuffe för 40 euro enda alternativet för lunch.
Hade önskat att det fanns någon simplare "fast food"-variant av både lunch och middag, om man vill äta lite enkelt och inte så pretentiöst någon dag också.

Estuve otras veces en Cerdeña. Este fue el mejor hotel. Ubicado. Todo magnífico.

The resort has a great location. I loved the hospitality and service. Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything you needed. The highlight was definitely the beach and the Mediterranean decor of the resort.
Prices were a bit too steep for food and an unwarranted service charge even to get an empty glass or cutlery to your room. Something you don’t expect when you stay at a resort of this class.
Teren wokół hotelu przepiękny, zadbany i czysty (plaża, baseny, ogród). Śniadania bardzo dobre. Personel bardzo miły i uczynny. W pokoju czysto. Armatura łazienkowa czysta i stosunkowo nowa.
Hotel stary jak świat. Urządzony w stylu sardyńskim. Mocno folklorystyczny. Meble zniszczone. Łóżko dwuosobowe to były dwa łóżka oddzielne i miało dwa oddzielne materace!!! Pokój dwuosobowy z widokiem na morze jedyne co miał piękne to widok, poza tym był okropny. Sufit z drewnianych ciemnych brązowych belek był bardzo ciemny i nadawał pokojowi przez to mało przyjemny wygląd, ściany pomazane farbą a nie pomalowane, w ogóle budynek wyglądał tak jakby był wcześniej jakąś oborą lub innym budynkiem gospodarczym i został zaadoptowany na hotel. W tych sufitowych deskach były mole!!! Nie do pomyślenia w hotelu 5 gwiazdkowym było to, że zarówno za kawę (kapsułka) jak i wodę w pokoju trzeba było zapłacić dodatkowo 5/8 euro, to aż niesmaczne.
The resort is located in a beautiful setting, and the grounds are spacious, peaceful and relatively intimate. Unfortunately, that is where the five-star experience ends. The service, maintenance and attitude toward guests fall far below what should be acceptable at a luxury resort in this price range.
The clearest example occurred at the pool. The umbrella next to our sunbeds was broken, so we politely asked the staff to bring us a working one. Instead of solving this very basic problem, they simply told us to move somewhere else because the umbrellas were too heavy to carry. We then contacted the manager, expecting such an unreasonable response to be corrected. Even after waiting in direct sunlight for 55 minutes, the issue was not resolved and we ultimately had to relocate elsewhere ourselves. Nobody apologized, offered to help us move our belongings or made even the smallest gesture of goodwill, such as offering complimentary drinks. This was not a misunderstanding or a temporary delay—they simply refused to help. Such an attitude is unacceptable at any hotel, let alone one claiming to offer five-star luxury.
The same unhelpful attitude was evident at breakfast. On some mornings, the staff refused to open the terrace umbrellas because wind was forecast for later in the afternoon, even though there was no wind at breakfast time. This left only a few tables in the shade and made it extremely uncomfortable to sit on an otherwise beautiful terrace. Breakfast was also regularly disturbed by numerous flies and wasps, with no visible effort made to manage the problem.
The spa is charged separately, which is difficult to justify at a resort already charging five-star prices, especially since the spa itself is nothing special. In fact, almost everything costs extra.

Mancanza assoluta di assistenza per disabili . Vasca da bagno con la doccia all'interno con grandi difficoltà di accesso per persone anziane per una stanza con doccia mi veniva richiesto un pagamento superiore di 700 euro . Mancanza di golf car per accesso alla spiaggia . Non vi è un parcheggio per disabili e tantomeno un accesso al mare fornito di passarella . Considero queste mancanze fuori legge e tanto meno non riscontrabili in un albergo a 5 stelle lusso .Richiesta di 200 euro a persona per accesso ospiti ,incluso bimbo di tre anni in piscina o al ristorante oltre il costo delle consumazioni

The pools were fabulous, the food was fabulous (menus changed every night) and the staff were fabulous too. Just all round fabulous
