Bien situé mais .....
Pros:

Le jeune homme qui nous a accueilli dimanche soir très bien Le calme dans les couloirs.
Le petit déjeuner très varié.
Et le Super serveur du petit déjeuner du lundi matin , poli , sourillant, agréable , il aime son métier et très serviable.

Cons:

le chauffage pas réglable dans la chambre , le ménage pas fait correctement bureau tout poisseux
Mur wc dégoûtant .
Le bruit dans la rue le matin à 6h00..

Après une expérience très difficile avec un autre hébergement à Grenoble, “Chambre au Cœur Grenoble - Calme & Tout Équipé avec WIFI”, où j’ai payé à l’avance sans pouvoir accéder au logement et sans remboursement jusqu’à aujourd’hui, j’étais extrêmement fatigué après un long vol direct depuis l’Afrique et complètement perdu dans une ville que je ne connaissais pas.

Heureusement, Residhotel Grenette m’a vraiment sauvé la situation. Le personnel a été très accueillant, professionnel et compréhensif malgré mon arrivée difficile. La chambre était confortable et le petit-déjeuner était parfait après une journée très stressante.

Je garde une très bonne impression de cet hôtel grâce à leur gentillesse et leur sérieux. Si je retourne un jour à Grenoble, je choisirai sans hésiter Residhotel Grenette de nouveau.
