Animazione praticamente inesistente

No air conditioning working I had a suite and the air-conditioning was not working. Terrible customer service front desk, Girl Valentino horrible attitude the food terrible if you ate dinner there they wanted to take your order in the morning to pre-cook it or they send it out which looked like they microwaved it at night horrible no Entertainment and the whole staff had attitudes. People complaining about the same stuff during my staff. I left three days early because of no work in air-conditioning and they refuse to give me my money, but I am taking it up legally now to get my money back.. stay clear from this place we even asked for extra towels and they left it thrown on a banister.

No working air conditioning, terrible customer service especially Valentina at the front desk . Restaurants and bar only open certain times and dinner they wanted to take your order in the morning if you were going to eat there so they obviously pre prepare the food and serve cold Luke warm food which is terrible like microwaved. The whole staff has terrible customer service, people that were staying there at same time had same complaints about Air-condition not working and terrible staff . Had to leave my room 3 days early and booked a different hotel it was so hot unbearable with no air. And they refuse to refund my money for the 3 days or any kind of credit from prior days with no air. I will take this up further legally to get my money back.

Alcuni dettagli della mia stanza come delle macchie coperte non completamente con la vernice, la porta doccia che faceva fatica a rimanere nella guida e quell'albero frontale vista mare che intralciava una vista parziale della veduta.

Purtroppo la suite ha una doccia davvero orribile, piccola, piena di calcare e molto molto vecchia, come purtroppo il resto dell’arredamento della stanza che appare poco moderno e di bassa qualità

This resort is a shadow of what it was 20 years ago. In its current condition, it falls far short of a four-star standard in terms of service, maintenance, rooms, cleanliness, accessibility, and food. Unfortunately, the only thing that remains at a four-star level is the absurdly high price, which bears no relation to the quality offered.

1. Buildings and rooms
The buildings and rooms are extremely dated and poorly maintained. It appears that very little has been modernised—or even refreshed—since the resort was originally built. There were numerous wasp nests on our balcony and elsewhere around the buildings, some of which were still active. This is not only unpleasant but also a potential safety issue, particularly for families with young children.

2. Accessibility
We arrived with our two-month-old baby and a stroller, only to discover that our room was on the second floor and that there was no elevator. I had to carry both the stroller and the baby up and down the stairs several times every day.

Moving around the resort with a stroller is extremely difficult, and it would be even more challenging for someone using a wheelchair. There are stairs throughout the property, with very few—or no—ramps or genuinely accessible routes. A resort presenting itself as a four-star establishment should provide much better accessibility or, at the very least, clearly inform guests of these limitations before arrival.

3. Food and restaurant
The food quality was exceptionally poor. Breakfast was depressing, and some items were practically inedible. The scrambled eggs appeared to be made from a powdered mixture, while the hard-boiled eggs were green around the yolks and so rubbery they were almost impossible to eat.

We eventually chose to leave the resort for both lunch and dinner. We also noticed other guests bringing takeaway pizzas back to the property, which says a great deal about the restaurant.

La struttura si affaccia sul mare ma in una zona estremamente tranquilla con soli 3 ristoranti esterni disponibili a piedi. Assenza totale di un lungomare per passeggiate e nessun intrattenimento. Se si cerca il totale riposo è perfetto ma per chi durante le vacanze cerca anche un po' di vita e divertimento sia diurno che serale questo NON è il posto giusto. Animazione da reparto geriatrico (un solo animatore🥴). La colazione povera e non di nostro gusto ... Abbiamo provato anche la ristorazione ma a parte il costo alto (relativo se ne fossimo usciti soddisfatti) il menù è ridotto ai minimi termini e non particolarmente di gusto per noi (non discuto la qualità dei prodotti ma parlo del gusto personale). Lo staff disponibile e cortese .... A parte qualche eccezione tra i camerieri... Particolarmente cortese e disponibile la ragazza del bar che al nostro arrivo in struttura ha fatto il possibile per farci mangiare (alle 14:30 di 17 Agosto sia in struttura che fuori i ristoranti avevano chiuso le cucine!!) preparandoci tost con tutto quello che gli era rimasto al bar. Anche il barman Devid è stato gentilissimo e molto simpatico. La piscina è carina ma un po' da sistemare e con pochi lettini disponibili. La spiaggia piccolina ma il mare bello e basso per diversi metri anche se con non poca difficoltà ad entrare a mare (sono fondamentali le scarpette). Gentilissimo e molto disponibile il bagnino ..... Ha fatto di tutto per aiutarci a trovare qualche barca per fare una gita in mare. La pulizia della struttura è fuori discussione e la camera sempre pulitissima. In conclusione noi, una famiglia di 4 persone con 2 adulti e 2 adolescenti, non ci siamo divertiti e non torneremmo mai in questa struttura....in questa zona della Calabria.
