Kaffee war schlecht
Obwohl hotel nur zu 50% gebucht war, war ein paar Stunden late Checkout nicht möglich bzw. kostet es 40 Euro.
Autoschlüssel musste abgegeben werden, und wurde bei Bedarf immer gesucht

Pros:

I’m a returning guest. I had the pleasure of staying here last summer, and I came back because I loved everything about my first stay. This year, the breakfast impressed me the most. I already knew how good the beach and pool were, and they were just as enjoyable as last year. However, the breakfast exceeded my expectations with its impressive selection, excellent quality, and freshness.

Cons:

There is not much to do outside the hotel itself. Of course, there are plenty of excursions to nearby villages and towns, but the village where the hotel is located does not offer many places to visit.

Le stanze erano spaziose fresche e pulite . Il mare era vicinissimo. C’era una terrazza ristorante vista mare molto bello

La camera, la pulizia, l’accesso diretto alla spiaggia e la vicinanza ad altre zone di interesse capo vaticano, oltre che la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff

In generale l’esperienza è stata positiva. L’unica nota negativa che si è riscontrata è stato il servizio colazione e il pranzo, troppa lentezza nel mettere a disposizione le pietanze a buffet o nel preparare i piatti ordinati

Pros:

Piscina favolosa, mare bello, pulito con tuttavia presenza di scogli. Colazione abbondante e buona. Servizio impeccabile dell'intero staf, con particolare riferimento a Natalia della Reception. Simpatia ad oltranza unita a grande professionalità del primo maitre Settimio, che riesce con le sue battute a mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti.

Cons:

Il terzo letto si è rivelato poco confortevole.

Pros:

The reception staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. The setting is very well situated. The beach is nice. The pool area is beautiful, with flowers around and a view of the sea. The experience was sadly ruined by the playing of loud music from early afternoon to evening from a booming speaker, drowning out what would have been beautiful sounds of the sea and nature. The food was pleasant though not outstanding, and patchy in quality. We did not always receive what we ordered. A waiter refused to give my elderly mother butter: “I know it is the English way but this is Italy”. As an anglo Italian family, this does not please me.
I enjoyed my stay, but there were sufficient issues to prevent a return.
