SPIAGGIA PICCOLA, MARE DISCRETO, PISCINA ACCETTABILE MA MI ASPETTAVO MOLTO DI PIU', LE FOTO DI BOOKING FANNO SPERARE IN QUALCOSA DI MEGLIO.

L'ANIMAZIONE PRATICAMENTE ASSENTE!! C'ERA UNA SIGNORA IN ETA' CHE CERCAVA DI INTRATTENERE MA ERA MEGLIO QUANDO NON LO FACEVA, NON RIESCO A CAPIRE COME SI POSSA TENERE SOLO UNA SIGNORA COADIUVATA CREDO DA UN DJ PER PORTARE AVANTI UNA ANIMAZIONE PRATICAMENTE NULLA.

Mare bellissimo.
Camera e bagno delle giuste dimensioni, molto puliti gli ambienti, il personale addetto al riordino veramente efficiente.

Cons:

La ventola del bagno molto rumorosa.
La gestione del ristorante da rivedere, a parte due cameriere, molto professionali e sempre sorridenti, il resto del personale poco attento al servizio e zero empatia. Una sera a cena mi portano una bottiglia d'acqua che aveva il fondo sporco, a significare che era tenuta in terra oppure (piu grave) il frigorifero era sporco, fatto notare al cameriere, questo non ritiene di cambiare la tovaglia ormai sporca , pertanto gli faccio mettere un tovagliolo sopra la macchia. L'acqua spesso non fredda, necessario richiedere il ghiaccio.
In piscina sarebbe opportuno far utilizzare le cuffie.
Spiaggia molto stretta giusto lo spazio per l'ombrellone, verso le 16,00 l'ombra si proietta sul muro alle spalle, quindi si rimane al sole, ma questo non dipende dall'Hotel.

Agréable.
Pros:

Les chambres bien équipées et propre.
L'hôtel est en bord de plage, ce qui est très agréable. on dîne et soupe en terrasse avec une vue splendide.
Le déjeuner varié.
La piscine très bien. le service en bord de piscine très bien ainsi que les équipements.

Cons:

Dommage qu'à notre arrivée nous n'aillons
pas d'indication (à l'accueil) sur ce que nous pouvions faire dans les alentours. Le personnel pas toujours très agréable ( sauf une seule dame très souriante).
Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas plus d'animation et journée et en soirée.

Pros:

Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la disponibilità e prontezza dello staff e della reception, l'animazione serale e l'atmosfera rilassante. Encomiabile la qualità della cucina dello chef, che è anche riuscito a soddisfare le esigenze dietetiche di mia figlia celiaca.

Pros:

Lo staff è molto gentile posto molto tranquillo ha la piscina che è ottima per i bambini sennò c'è la spiaggia di Santa Maria che è uno spettacolo della natura... La colazione è internazionale....

Loved the location, pool and beach facilities. The sunsets were spectacular
Pros:

The poolarea was fantastic. Plenty of beach chairs during our stay and we were able to mix both beach and pool during the day, which we loved. The staff looking after the pool area activities and the beach were fantatstic
