L'emplacement est super, il est possible d'aller au parc Savannah, jardin botanique à pied.
L'hôtel est propre, une décoration magnifique, un personnel agréable, poli, attentionné.
Le petit-déjeuner est très varié et les spécialités locales sont proposées tous les matins.
La piscine est juste de la bonne taille, il manque juste un petit jacuzzi.
Le seul petit bémol est lié à la chambre qui est communicante et nous entendions les voisins tous les soirs.
Everything was amazing
The pillows in the room was not comfortable at all, gave me neck pain unfortunately.....firmer pillows would be a bit better

The rooms were very nice, comfortable and quiet. The staff were accommodating, friendly and super helpful. The location was perfect for access to the wedding and other locations in port of spain. We were happy with our stay
The quality of the food such as the breakfast could be improved as it was very basic. To be honest this was our only mid rating. We were very happy otherwise.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Brix. The staff is what made the experience that much better for us. Janelle was the front desk supv and although check in seemed hectic she and her staff especially Bhudda handled everything so well. They made it as smooth and accommodating as possible. Which brings me to how I met Andy Wells the Restaurant Supv. We were allowed access anywhere but we decided to eat first and boy oh boy did I get my education about the food which killed time and made the experience that much better. Our server was Makayla and if it didnt have trainee on the tag we wouldn't have known. She was amazing and made sure to always go back to her whenever we dined within the hotel.
The hotel provides shuttle service which is a bonus.
They are quick with your needs and always finds the information you may be looking for regarding things outside of the hotel. I highly recommend you choose Brix
This is my fourth stay at the Brix and I love the experience. From the greeting at the door to front desk and room service, they make you feel at home. As someone who travels to Trinidad often I 10/10 recommend the Brix. The roof top restaurant is amazing from the views, to the service and food. I've never had a bad meal. Forever a customer.

La chambre n'a pas été nettoyé correctement la veille de notre départ, la douche et le sol n'ont pas été lavé. Je ne sais pas si c'est la politique de la maison ou la femme de ménage qui n'a pas assuré le service.

This is my third stay at the brix , what I like most is how clean the resort is kept , the rooms are spacious and modern . The staff is very friendly and professional .
I think breakfast should have more variety

The curtains give a false impression of a large window and the bathroom had a slight drainage smell.
My stay at The BRIX, Autograph Collection in Port of Spain was outstanding. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome.
The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
The food was excellent, with a great selection of delicious dishes, and the rooftop lounge was the perfect place to unwind while enjoying the beautiful views and a relaxing ambiance.
I would highly recommend The BRIX to anyone visiting Trinidad, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to staying there again
