The hotel is very beautiful. The room was a great size which had a mountain view which also overlooked the beautifully lit pool. (Btw, the pool was much bigger than it appeared in their photos.) The food was really good, ESPECIALLY breakfast. I loved the fact that they included the daily ever-changing local cuisine into the breakfast lineup. The staff was amazing. Every last one of them was friendly, helpful, and pleasant.
Albeit, on a whole the experience was amazing, I did NOT like that there was no microwave in the room. The only use of a microwave was to bring your food downstairs to the lobby to have it heated up at the cafe. It was an annoying inconveniance. Also, tipping needs to be properly clarified.
Excellent service
The shower in room 708 always leaks onto the floor in the bathroom leaving a puddle outside and the curtains never opened and closed properly.
It felt like being in another country.
The breakfast was not the best at all. I might not take breakfast here again. I will book Hyatt breakfast but stay at the Brix.

Lingering smoke smell that had to be taken care of. But efficiently handled.

The pool had bugs I think there was a issue with the filter....I thought as how I booked and I mentioned it was my birthday that they wouldve given me a lil treat but they didn't
Convenient location. The staff was very polite and professional. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
Couldn't stay longer.
Upon arriving we were pleasantly greeted by Curtis the Bellman; who escorted us out of the car. Thanks to Moselle from the front desk for her friendly professionalism and making us feel at home while checking in. We noticed not enough towels in the room and upon messaging via the app we were pleased with the swift response both via the app and having the items delivered to our room. Receiving special birthday treatment for my mother was truly appreciated on both days and made the stay worth it! Having access to an ATM among the other amenities was very delightful. Breakfast was on point and the servers and other wait staff there at The Exchange Restaurant were very accommodating. The only major issues were the lighting in the room was a bit dim with just 4 lamps in the main room and the TV not being able to connect to our Samsung devices for Chromecast but thanks to Mario for his patience in assisting with getting my other device connected. Around 11:35am upon returning to our room to get ready for the 12pm checkout, none of our room keys worked but using the House Phone in the hall to call, we were swiftly met with help to re-enter our room. Checkout was simple thanks to Renesha and yes, we will return in the future by God's grace.

We booked the Brix as the Hilton, where we ususally go, wasn´t accepting bookings.
We were immediately impressed with the efficient reception, and the staff were great all through the hotel. We were particularly impressed with the bar attendants.
We enjoyed the Sugar High Lounge, and especially the Tommy´s beer!
The rooms are a good size, and practical.
