Eine Woche in San Cristobal
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön renoviert, die Zimmer geräumig und bequem. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist in aller Regel sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist gut, weil nicht voll im Kern gelegen. Gegenüber ist ein Park mit Kirche. Die Umgebung ist weitgehend relativ ruhig.

Cons:

Das Frühstück, wenn inbegriffen, ist sehr einfach. Das Restaurant-Personal nicht immer aufmerksam. Die Menü Auswahl des Restaurants ist etwas seltsam.
Die Wege zu den Zimmern sind etwas kompliziert...

Carino però sotto le aspettative!

Struttura curata negli spazi comuni e arredata con gusto.
Buona la posizione e la colazione, anche se non molto varia.

Cons:

La nostra stanza non aveva una finestra che desse sull’esterno e questo è un grosso handicap poiché non si poteva né vedere il meteo né cambiare l’aria.
L’armadio era molto vecchio ed emanava cattivo odore.
Non c’è ascensore.
Tutto sommato l’esperienza è stata positiva però mi aspettavo di meglio in quanto non era segnalata la mancanza di finestra.

Decepción en Desayuno incluído.

Ubicación y atención del Personal.

Cons:

Que solo haya Buffet cuando hay cierta capacidad de personas en el hotel y que no lo informen por aquí en la app antes de reservar, uno de los motivos por los que reservamos fue desayuno buffet y no se contaba con ello. Además de que la fotos del cuarto y del baño ponen el más bonito y al momento de llegar te dan uno diferente y más pequeño.

Good location, traditional mansion
Pros:

This is a traditional hotel, near to the main square of San Cristobal. It’s in a great location, it’s quite large inside. It was quite quiet when we were there so it’s difficult to see what the atmosphere of the hotel is like. But to be honest, we didn’t spend a lot of time there. The staff were lovely. If you’re looking for somewhere clean, well located and traditional then this is the place for you.
