Poor Stuff
Cons:

Very disappointing stay. Communication was one of the biggest issues because most of the staff didn't understand or speak English well, which made it very difficult to explain any problems.
The air conditioner in our room was leaking throughout our stay. We reported it several times, and every time we were told someone would fix it, but nothing was ever done. The issue remained unresolved until we checked out.
Whenever we tried to complain, the staff would simply say "okay" or promise to handle it, but no action was taken.
Another disappointing experience was that when I went to complain again about the air conditioner, the first thing they asked was whether I had paid for the bottled water. In most hotels, complimentary water is provided in the room, so this was surprising.
The coffee machine was another issue. We received only two coffee capsules during the first two days, and after that, every additional capsule was charged, which was not clearly explained.
Overall, the customer service was poor, communication was difficult, and the hotel did not respond properly to guests' concerns. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

friendly staff , cleaner always asking if everything was ok every day , amazing breakfast buffet , staff always there to check if everything was fine

Cons:

for the checkout it was a bit messy , front staff wasn't speaking English at all , even the one on the phone , the second one neither , I was asking to pay promptly even if my stay was fully paid in the advance , so big misunderstanding

Exceptional pier beach
Pros:

The cliffside beach pier is exceptional and prices reasonable. Rooms renovated and AC functional.

Cons:

The genius tier booking though cheaper gets one placed near the street which can be loud on the weekends.

Bel emplacement avec vue sur la mer pour les chambres placées devant bien le préciser à la réception si réservation vue mer petit dej devant une magnifique vue taxi à proximité pour aller au centre ville old bazar et pas cher 7 euros pour 5 personnes

Очень хороший,красивый,комфортный пляж.лежаки,зонты,сервис,рядом с отелем.лифт опускает прямо на пляж.

Кондиционер работал слабо.Холодильник не работал,на просьбу исправить ответили что он работает ,но нельзя даже было охладить воду.В номере был прокуренный запах ,везде бегали маленькие красные муравьи.

great beach average hotel
Pros:

balcony is small, hairdryer cable is 'lived' into the light switch and therefore open and there was a nail sticking out of the wooden door adjacent to the handle, iit was ok, not the best by a long way
