Les espaces extérieurs (piscine, terrasse, restaurant) sont vraiment super agréables, dans une architecture typique, sous un arbre magnifique surement bicentenaire voire plus.
J'ai bcp apprécié la collation gratuite mise à dispo de 13h à 15h tous les jours avec des fruits typiques.
Le personnel est incroyablement gentil. Les plus gentils et attentionnés de nos 3 semaines en thailande. Aux petits soins et souriants tout le temps. Un grand bravo à eux.

La mise à dispo de ballons pour les enfants dans la piscine est en soit une bonne idée mais peut rendre le moment plus bruyant qu'agréable pour ceux qui viennent chercher la tranquilité (nous ;-).
Les chambres sont de bonne taille et plutot confort mais pourraient etre un tout petit peu modernisé avec un lit un tout petit peu plus confort (c'est vraiment pour dire qqchose).
Gros point négatif : les horaires du restau le soir : dernière commande à 19h, pour nous français, c'est vraiment trop tot !!!!

Location is a bit off from the city center but with a taxi (via apps such as grab or bolt) its very easy to get around. The hotel restaurant closes quite early at night (last orders by 7 pm).

Heerlijk rustig. Alle kamers zijn rond het zwembad. Ontbijt was heerlijk.
Super leuk dat je tussen 13 en 15u wat fruit etc. Kan pakken. Fijne plek om Chiang Mai te bezichtigen. Oude stad is loopbaar maar taxi is relaxer. Dat is zeer makkelijk overal te regelen en kost weinig

Great experience, a bit far location.
Rooms are clean and spacious, there are few rooms for family of 4, most rooms are for 2-3 people.
Great breakfast, there are gluten free options, everything so fresh.
The pool is nig enough, we were pretty big family and our kids couldn't wait to get back to the pool every time.
U can use Grab for food deliveries.
There are local restaurants nearby.
The staff are great, very helpful and caring.
We felt at home.
The location is 10 minutes walking from night market, or 20 minutes drive from Sunday market. For us it wasnt a big deal.
Everything , all was just as expected the crew is amazing and so kind and polite. Any request was answered and nothing left unanswered
We loved this place so much. A little peaceful haven in Chiang Mai but close enough to the heart of the city. The staff were super friendly. At check-in we were told we received a free upgrade which was amazing. Pool area and breakfast area are so gorgeous. Definitely book this place if you are looking for a relaxing and great place to stay in Chiang Mai!

Tout était parfait ! La taille des chambres, vaste et confortables, la piscine vaste et fine, le personnel d’une courtoisie souriante parfaite, les multiples attentions, dont la collation de 13h, charmante. En plus, l’hôtel est tout près du marché de nuit !
Very pretty place and kept very clean with a lovely pool, nice restaurant and really friendly and helpful staff. The reason for only a good rating was the air conditioning was very poor and needs a real update, rooms were extremely hot even with air conditioning on full blast, which made sleeping very uncomfortable.
This was one of our favourite hotels during our time in Thailand. We arrived early morning on the train from Bangkok and were able to check into our room early which was great. Our room was a family room and was very spacious, tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. We loved that there were sliding doors between our sleeping area and the kids. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was also beautiful with very pretty gardens and stunning baobab tree! We liked that the hotel was a little bit further away as it felt like an oasis of calm after a busy day. Our entrance/terrace didn’t have the greatest view but we appreciated the drying rack for towels and swimwear. All in all a really lovely stay.
