Sono stato due giorni, appena arrivato mi accorgo che il bagno non scaricava, chiedo di risolvere il problema e esco , torno e il bagno ancora non funziona , chiedo di cambiare camera ma niente, di nuovo mandano qualcuno a sistemare, il bagno funziona di nuovo per 20 minuti, vado a dormire, il giorno dopo, ancora non funzionava, sono sceso abbastanza scocciato chiedo di cambiare stanza ma niente, alla fine ho usato il bagno della reception. È un albergo per teenager, il mare dista 20 -
30 min a piedi .. unica nota positiva è che non costa molto

The location, price and communial areas make this resort a good value. The rooms themselves could use some attention.

Pros:

Good location very close to the public beaches, and very close to the mangrove park. They are working on the place and it's obvious that it's improving everyday. I liked the welcome drink. The staff was really sweet. There's a couple of restaurants in the complex. Highlight is the pool area. The garden/pool is so gorgeous. I slept really well.

Great location for one night, if you want to go to Isla mujeres next
Pros:

Close to what we needed - ferry!
Pool is amazing
Breakfast is decent!! Has a lot of Mexican food which is great!

Next to ferry that takes you to Isla mujeres! Great bonus!

Great bar and staff!

Cons:

I think we got the worst room! Some rooms are newer and refurbished but we got old /with leaking boiler and dirty walls :/

Fotos não condizem com realidade . O quarto mais barato era muito velho é sujo. Móveis antigos, paredes suja. Entrada somente após 15h

La ubicación es excelente, llegas rápido al centro igual a la zona hotelera, hay restaurante tienda, oxxo cerca

Cons:

Que no tuviera refrigerador porque compras refrescos y no los podia mantener frío, la habitación no es igual al de la foto descanse si pero debería poner la foto acorde a la selección de habitación
