Tout d’abord, je tiens à souligner que le prix payé pour cet hôtel est particulièrement élevé. Si nous avons choisi votre établissement, c’était principalement pour profiter des installations, notamment de la piscine.
Or, lors de notre séjour, un incident est survenu : une personne a vomi dans la piscine, rendant celle-ci inutilisable. Nous avons donc été privés de l’accès à l’installation principale qui avait motivé notre choix.
Dans ces circonstances, nous avons sollicité un ajustement du tarif, considérant que si nous avions su que nous ne pourrions pas bénéficier de cette commodité, nous aurions opté pour un autre hôtel, moins dispendieux. Malheureusement, notre demande a été refusée, y compris par le gérant sur place.
Nous trouvons la situation très décevante, car nous avons payé un prix élevé sans pouvoir profiter du service essentiel pour lequel nous avions choisi votre établissement.
Excellent emplacement, personnel courtois et lits très confortable.
Rapport qualité prix moyen, car l'hôtel n'offre pas / plus le "standing" qui justifie le prix. Manque de stationnement, manque de commodité dans la chambre, déjeuner passable et la piscine a vraiment besoin d'amour.
Cet hôtel a malheureusement perdu de son prestige.

Aucune insonorisation, on entend tout. refusez d'être près des ascenseurs, pas agréable après le travail. C'est un hôtel avec beaucoup d'enfants. Première et dernière fois pour moi.
