Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Calista Luxury Resort in Belek. A true 5-star experience with excellent facilities, beautiful surroundings, and exceptional cleanliness throughout the resort. The food was delicious with a great variety of choices under the all-inclusive concept, and everything was of a very high standard.

What really stood out was the staff — extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the entire resort was very well maintained.

Overall, an excellent family resort that delivers the quality and service you would expect from a luxury 5-star hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Calista and consider returning again.

Chill vibe and kids were well entertained.
Pros:

Kids club, facilities, entertainment, and how guest relations handled concerns. The service and food at Timo on our last night (with Raziye as our server) was amazing! Yener, the restaurant manager was also very receptive to feedback and was able to end our experience on a high note.

Cons:

Food quality, drink preparation/taste and service was inconsistent.
