Pros:

location and facilities very good , wellness and swimming pool

Cons:

if a large group turns up can be noisy well into the early hours of the morning past 1 o’clock and still noisy at the bar

Bei der Ankunft gingen wir in den Gastgarten um was zu essen der Kellner war total unhöflich hat nicht von selbst die Speisekarte angeboten beim Getränke bringen total unhöflich dabei waren wir die einzigen Gäste die im Garten waren als ob er keinen Bock zum arbeiten gehabt hätte keine Begrüßung einfach beschämend

Der Spa Bereich total Sanierungsbedürftig das Zimmer gewöhnlich ich war sehr enttäuschend da ich schon immer in diesem Hotel mit meinem Mann Urlauben wollte war ich sehr enttäuschend und traurig das Essen war in Ordnung Straßen Lärm die ganze Zeit Preis Leistung für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht in Ordnung

Sehr gutes Service, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück und Abendessen ausgezeichnet, unsere Wünsche bezüglich Tischwahl wurden sofort umgesetzt, Wellness Bereich schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, keine geführten Saunaaufgüsse, Massage war ausgezeichnet, aber in einem sehr dunklem Raum, genug Liegebereiche, leider kein Barbetrieb, nur an der kleinen Bar im Bereich des Stammtisches wurde man bedient, Ausstattung im Fitness Raum ist beeindruckend, leider keine Getränkespender vorhanden

Cons:

Wir hatten leider kein Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen, im Bad ist wenig Ablagefläche, eine Kaffeemaschine und ein etwas größerer Fernseher wäre super

Zimmer, vor allem das viel zu kleine Badezimmer / Dusche - nicht 4Sterne!
Kein Wasser und keine Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer, sollte bei so einem Haus und bei 300€ pro Nacht machbar sein
