Freundlicher Empfang und insgesamt ein gepflegtes Haus in angenehmer Lage.

Cons:

Ich hatte mein Zimmer versehentlich doppelt gebucht, mein eigener Fehler, den ich offen einräume. Schade fand ich den fehlenden Spielraum: Eine Doppelbuchung mit identischem Namen und Zeitraum fällt normalerweise auf, und eine kleine Kulanz hätte hier viel bewirkt. Der Kaffee fiel zudem bei allen am Tisch durch.

Pros:

Das gesamte Angebot von Wellness, Wandern und Kulinarischen Angebote war genauso Toll wie vor 10 Jahren.

Cons:

Wir haben nichts gefunden. Obwohl nicht alles renoviert war war es gemütlich und Sauber.

Einziges Manko: zu weit von meinem Wohnort entfernt
Pros:

Hach, was habe ich mich in dieses Hotel verliebt. Angefangen vom süßen Zimmer (habe überraschend ein Upgrade erhalten...danke dafür!) über das geniale Abendessen im 3-Gänge-Format bis zum tollen Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, zwei Pools, sehr gut ausgestattetem und großem Fitnessbereich und unglaublich viel Liegemöglichkeiten ... es war einfach klasse! Zu erwähnen sei noch die Bahn nach Schladming, die unmittelbar vor dem Hotel abfährt. Und der Fahrradkompressor in der Tiefgarage, der mein luftleeres Radl einmal rettete. Ach, und toll war auch die Nachmittagsjause mit Kaffee und Kuchen, die ich nicht erwartet hatte. Also ein Hotel, wo man sich fast schon auf fieses Wetter freut.

Cons:

Einziges Problemchen für mich war die festgelegte Platzierung für mich als Alleinreisende und -sitzende im Restaurant: ich war an einem Einzeltischchen in der Ecke etwas "eingeklemmt" und wurde von der einen Seite aus ständig beobachtet... während ich unmittelbar vor mir einen Tisch hatte mit Leuten, die sich durch die unmittelbare Nähe zu mir wiederum von mir beobachtet fühlen mussten. Da hätte ich mir freie Platzwahl oder eine andere Platzierung gewünscht.

Hotel je veľmi dobre vybavený, wellness centrum má tri poschodia, každý si tam nájde to čo mu vyhovuje. To isté fitness centrum,má tri poschodia,takže každý si v ňom nájde to svoje a navyše s ohľadom na veľký priestor, na ktorom sa fitness centrum nachádza,máte dostatok osobného priestoru pri cvičení. Personál hotela bol veľmi milý a ochotný, hotel je ideálny pre návštevu so psíkom,máte ho aj v areáli hotela kde venčiť. Jedlo bolo veľmi chutné,s rosiahlosťou výberu jedál v reštaurácii na raňajky a aj večeru (mali sme zaplatenú polpenziu-odporúčam) sme boli veľmi spokojní. Bývali sme v suite. Čo by sme hotelu odporúčali zlepšiť je doplnenie kanvice a mini baru v izbe. Inak sme boli so všetkým spokojní. Určite sa vrátime! :)
