Super Unterkunft in bester Lage

Das Personal war von Anfang an super. Wir wurden noch nie mit so tollen Informationen versorgt wie hier. Und dazu noch jeden Tag ein Getränk nach eigener Wahl auf Kosten des Hauses, top!

Rundum perfekt versorgt!
Pros:

Sehr netter, familiärer Umgang, wenn man von außen kam wusste fast jeder den Namen und welchen Zimmerschlüssel man braucht. Tolle bequeme Zimmer und Betten - alles richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Man wird jeden Tag auf eine Gläschen Wein oder einen andren Drink eingeladen. Das Frühstück ist super - alles in kleinen weck-Gläschen dadurch wird nicht im buffet rumgewühl..
Das Auto wird gut verstaut in der Parkgarage und man hat damit keine Sorge! Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und
Ich komme wieder - hab schon gebucht für nächstes Jahr!

Auf jeden fall wieder
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war zwar sehr klein aber absolut klasse mit liebe zum Detail wir hatten das Zimmer im obersten Stock total hübsch. Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich zuvorkommend und man hatte bei allen den Eindruck dass sie ihren Job super gerne machen. Also wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden es auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen

Rolf is a consummate hotelier. He welcomed us with flourish, made us feel good and provided excellent suggestions. Very clean. Great location. Themed rooms! The ONLY negative is that it can be a bit loud (we faced the Main Street)

Two unacceptable rooms and an even more disappointing response to my complaint

⭐ An Extremely Disappointing Experience

I checked into Hotel Drei Raben in August 2026. Unfortunately, my stay ended that same evening after I encountered conditions in two consecutive rooms that I found unacceptable.

In the first room, I noticed a dark insect of an unknown type crawling directly on the bed. I took photographs and immediately reported the issue to reception. I was then given another room.

Unfortunately, I quickly lost confidence in the cleanliness of the second room as well. There, I found another dead insect and a hair on the bed. I also documented these with photographs.

I would like to make it absolutely clear that I am not claiming to know what type of insect I saw in the first room. I am simply describing what I personally observed and photographed.

After experiencing these issues in two consecutive rooms, I no longer felt comfortable staying at the hotel. I showed my photographs to the staff member at reception. He apologized and asked me to provide my IBAN and BIC, which I did. I also have evidence that these bank details were provided. However, no refund was ever issued.

As it was already late, I left the hotel and had to book alternative accommodation at short notice and at a considerably higher price.

What I personally found even more disappointing than the room issues themselves was the subsequent handling of my complaint.

The hotel director later refused to refund the €120 I had paid and described me in his written response as “basically a no show.”

I personally find this characterization very difficult to understand. I was physically present at the hotel, checked in, received a room, complained in person, was given a second room, returned to reception with another complaint, showed the photographs I had taken, and provided my bank details at the reception desk.

I was also particularly surprised by the director’s explanation that the conditions I encountered simply did not meet my “individual standards.
