Perfect for a short stay and a peaceful base.
Pros:

Perfect old town location so walking everywhere was easy. Breakfast was very good catering for all appetites and nationalities. Bedroom was large enough with very large double bed and allowing for a very quiet night sleep.

Cons:

Lift was small and slow but given the age of the property not surprising.

Die perfekte Homebase für Rock im Park
Pros:

Vom Checkin bis zum Checkout ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, nach dem Checkin wurde das Auto direkt in die hoteleigene Garage gebracht, Anreise Hinweise gab es vorab per email. Die Lage ist perfekt für Unternehmungen in und um Nürnberg, der Bahnhof ist maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Das Zimmer war wie das ganze Hotel tip-top sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Frühstück vielseitig und sehr schön präsentiert. Rundum zufrieden und glücklich, vielen Dank <3

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt, sowohl der Bahnhof als auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, nicht "0815", die Zimmer sind individuell gestaltet. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, das Bad ist etwas klein, aber für einen Städteaufenthalt absolut ausreichend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, man bekommt auch nette Tips für die Erkundung der Stadt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht überbordend, aber qualitativ sehr gut, es ist alles da, was man zur Stärkung braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!
Pros:

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und das Zimmer war trotzdem ruhig.
Es ist ein aussergewöhnlich charmantes kleines Hotel, die Zimmer originell und jedes individuell nach einer Geschichte gestaltet. Teile der Geschichten findet man auch im Frühstücksraum auf den Tischen wieder. Das Frühstück lässt auch keine Wünsche offen.
Hier gibts auch noch jeden Tag Roomservice, das Zimmer war immer sauber.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einmal musste eine Schraube am Fahrrad angezogen werden und der passende Schlüssel dafür wurde organisiert. Und ich habe mein Spezialkopfkissen im Zimmer vergessen einzupacken bei der Abreise und man hat es mir netterweise per Post heimgeschickt!
An dieser Stelle noch mal ganz herzlichen Dank!

If you see the whole picture, it is a good hotel, but some small issues need to be solved
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect. Also, the cleanliness of the room was really good, I have absolutely no complaint about it.
Breakfast was also good, wide range of selection was available, and everything was fresh. The friendliness of the staff is excellent.

Cons:

The curtains are not making the room dark enough, so sleeping is difficult for those who prefer the complete darkness.
Some parts of the furniture are looking a bit outdated e.g. the wardrobe. My desk plate looked very worn out, as it was used for 20 years without any renovation.
The 73 years old lift (although renovated 9 years ago) is a bit funny in a 4 stars hotel.
The below is to be solved because it is dangerous!
The water temperature was often fluctuating on the 4. floor where my room was located (maybe other floors are not affected this badly) and changed from normal to very cold ~15 C° or very hot ~60 C°.
This fluctuation happened fast and unexpectedly. The slippery bottom of the shower cabin made it even more dangerous when you had to quickly move away out of the shower beam.
A colleague of mein told that no warm water was available on the top floor, which is rather very inconvenient, than dangerous. But not expected from a 4 stars hotel.

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich, so hat man uns zum Beispiel persönlich auf das Zimmer begleitet. Die Lage mitten im Zentrum von Nürnberg ist exzellent.

Pros:

Zeer aparte maar bijzondere kamer. Echt iets anders dan normaal, verrassend. Bed uitstekend.
In het centrum. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Voor de deur staat een (openbaar)bankje en die word in de nacht gebruikt om uitgebreid te telefoneren.
Helaas kunnen ze er niets aan doen. Wij hebben gewoon pech gehad dat er iemand uitgebreid ging bellen.

Tipptopp! Ich komme sicher sehr bald wieder.
Pros:

Alles sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Man achte auf die kleinen Details. Die Mängel, die ein so altes Gebäude mit sich bringt, wurden ausgesprochen charmant kaschiert.

Cons:

Es gab nur eine Kleinigkeit. Ich konnte mein Zimmer nur leicht abdunkeln. Langschläfer sollten ihre Schlafmaske nicht vergessen. Das war aber das einzige.
