The place should be better after they finish construction, hopefully they address the lice issue!
Pros:

Beautiful balcony and view. Parking was very accessible.

Cons:

The place was under construction and the room, maybe even the whole hotel, had lice that we spent most of our time cleaning up.

Liked that it was directly on the beach and had many pool options

Cons:

Room phone didn't work and couldn't ever get extra towels or tp for our room. Had to find a staff member on the 2nd floor to help me.

Cleanliness, The things that they had for the children was awesome.

Cons:

I liked the stuff they had for the children to do like the little place they put on the tall people that come out and made things with balloons. It was great.

Rude member of your staff on night shift, limited parking, construction, no room service for days not even to empty trash, in the suite full size bed hard very uncomfortable, pull out bed no sheets/ blanket and none in room to make bed.
