Pros:

Staff was great. Room was great.

Cons:

First of all you had to pay separate amount of money for parking which doesn't make since. Spent almost 900.00 for 5 days 4 nights and doesn't include parking.
No restaurant in facility.
No movie channels or sports channels on the TV in room.
Certain parking levels had steps where you couldn't use a baggage cart without lifting it down steps.
Couldn't go on beach due to the project going on for the beach sand enorousen

Over all was still a good experience.
Pros:

I loved the activities for the kids during pool times and the Polynesian show was a great addition.

Cons:

Our air in the room wasn’t very cold but was cooler by morning. Some sketchy people out after dark that was actual employees that lived in the hotel behind the restaurant. Pools on the inside couldn’t have kids because of the strong marijuana smell. Had 2 walk 2 blocks to access the beach bc of construction.

The pool area was very good.

Cons:

I requested towels in the morning on my 3rd day from room service and I never received. I had to go down to customer service and get them. I understand about the remodeling but it was an inconvenience to walk down and get them later that night..

Wasn’t a terrible stay but I won’t be returning.
Pros:

Ocean front

Cons:

The pools were not clean, the arcade had nobody in there working, no more breakfast, made a funny noise when air was on all 3 days.

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected. Shower didn’t have hot water. Shower door was broke. Toilet ran constantly. House keeping never came while we were there.
