Chambre confortable et personnel agréable

Cons:

Ce n’est pas la faute de l’établissement mais même s’il est bien localisé, on est tout proche d’une rue avec des bars de nuit et de strip tease. Cependant, l’hôtel est bien isolé donc on a pas été dérangé au niveau du bruit.

First of all, I gave a high rating so that this review would be more visible.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

When we got up during the night to use the bathroom, we found a huge cockroach in the room, and it ran underneath the bed.

When we went to reception and informed them about the situation, they told us there was nothing they could do, handed us a can of insect spray, and sent us back to the room.

Since we couldn’t reach under the bed, we went back to reception and asked to change rooms. They claimed that the hotel was fully booked (which was definitely not true—I checked availability on Booking.com at that exact moment and there were rooms available) and refused our request.

Unfortunately, Booking.com did not properly address this issue and failed to protect our rights by refusing to refund the cost of our one-night stay.

Do guests really have to experience something like theft or harassment before they qualify for a refund? Finding a cockroach in the room and then being forced to spend the night there is clearly grounds for a refund. It is absolutely unacceptable and should never be considered normal or acceptable.

Additionally, the air conditioner was damaged, with the lower flap broken. Despite the room being very hot, we could not use it because it blew an intense stream of cold air directly at us. The bathroom also had noticeable limescale issues.

Not worth the money, rude staff and awfully loud every night with more amenities

staff are very rude. you can’t drink your water anywhere in the hotel, including the pool, and staff were extremely rude explaining this despite us saying we would move happily. the rooms are old and outdated and bar street is located right behind making night noisey until 5am every day
