Får mindre enn det du betaler for, kan hende du må betale mer og.

Kort avstand til strand og by.

Cons:

Vi sjekket inn på natten og hadde snakket med personale på melding i forkant om at det gikk fint. Morgenen etter fikk vi beskjed om at vi hadde tatt noen andres rom, jeg sa vi fint kunne bytte rom. Fikk beskjed tilbake da om at «manager» hadde sagt at eneste måten å løse dette på var at vi måtte betale 100€ for den natten der. Viste damen i resepsjonen meldinger der jeg hadde avtalt innsjekk på natten. Hun sto på sitt og sa at innsjekk var fra 11 og at hotellet hadde gjort en feil. Prøvde da å forklare at det åpenbart er hotellet som har gjort feil, ikke vi, og at bookingsdatoene stemte. Selv om hun mente jeg skulle ha betalt for dagen før vi ankom også, altså dagen før vi i det hele tatt hadde reist, og vi måtte fortsatt betale 100€ for å ha sovet der noen timer. Som kompensasjon fikk vi frokost 5 av 10 dager. Spiste ikke den frokosten da det var dårlig utvalg. Utrolig dårlig start på ferien, personale var heller ikke spesielt hyggelige.

Pros:

Locatie is goed, 20minute van old town, 6 minuten van de bushalte op naar de luchthaven te gaan en 4 minuten van het strand. Allemaal op voetafstand.

Cons:

Er was een enorm gat in het bad die met witte tape bedekt was. Hoe kun je zo een kamer geven aan cliënten. We waren te ziek om iets te zeggen of te doen dus hebben we het zo gelaten.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε βολικό σημείο στη πόλη αν και η γειτονιά γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο είναι αρκετά θορυβώδης λόγω της νυχτερινής διασκεδασης . Παρόλα αυτά, χρήζει ανακαίνισης, καθώς οι εγκαταστάσεις δείχνουν κάπως παλιές. Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά φτωχό, με περιορισμένη ποικιλία και ελάχιστες διαφορετικές επιλογές. Επίσης, η καθαριότητα θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο προσεγμένη. Συνολικά, υπάρχουν περιθώρια βελτίωσης, ώστε η διαμονή να ανταποκρίνεται περισσότερο στις προσδοκίες των επισκεπτών.
