We were disappointed.

Cons:

The hotel was under renovation. On our floor, wallpaper had been pulled off of the wall and thrown in the floor at the end of the hall. It was still there when we checked out even though we had told staff. Our TV kept freezing up. We reported it to the front desk around 9:30 A.M., and they were supposed to send maintenance to look at it. We got back to the hotel at 3 P.M. and no one had been to our room, not even housekeeping. We had to go back to the front desk. The lady who had taken our request had left, so the guy had no idea what we were talking about. They could not fix the issue, and they could not put us in another room. No discount was available since we booked through Booking.com. Several areas of concern.

A comfortable transit stop between Nashville and Asheville. Hampton Inns have predictable breakfasts, and Kodak is above average.

The staff was terrific the food was great and the location was spot on next door to the best restaurant in the area make sure you go to the restaurant next door called the local goat

The room was a great size, comfortable furnishings, shower was good. Everything we needed. Good water pressure.

Cons:

Need a handheld shower attachment along with the stationary shower head. Some difficulty using sink faucet. Need to be careful because the mirror is right on top of it.
