Maar leonardo hotel is wel een mooi hotel
Pros:

Ik heb niet verwacht dat geen ontbijt moest betalen dat is wel een min punt graag mester hotels heft ontbijt dus die het ook

Bij aankomst was mijn kamer nog niet klaar, ik wilde in de bar op mijn vrienden wachten, die bleek niet open op zondag. Er is een piepkleine 'lobby' met slechts twee stoelen. De naastgelegen Bierfabriek bleek ook dicht op zondag.
Ik vroeg om de WIFI-code, die hebben ze niet, dat moet via een QR code die op je TV-scherm verschijnt, zei de receptioniste. Bij mij gebeurde dat niet. Van een andere receptioniste hoorde ik dat dat niet bij álle kamers het geval is, bij mij dus blijkbaar niet. De receptioniste heeft de wifi op mijn tablet en telefoon gezet maar dat bleek op de kamer niet te werken. Sterker nog, er was geen internetverbinding op de kamer. Waarom kun je niet gewoon zelf de wifi inschakelen??
Ik heb vaker in Leonardo-hotels verbleven en dit was allemaal uitermate teleurstellend.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber geputzt.
Es lagen noch Krümel vom Vorgänger auf dem Boden.

De service en het personeel waren goed.

Cons:

De benauwde ruimte het extra “stretcher” bed. Foto’s kwamen helemaal niet overeen met de realiteit. Een paar hoge ramen en een amper werkende airconditioning.
