It’s okay for the money paid but it’s not 4*
Pros:

It has a good location nearby many places to visit

Cons:

It’s not a 4* hotel of course, doesn’t have basic coffee and tea in the room, neither the other items suck as shampoo, toothpaste etc.
the beds were separated and with the small covers, purely lightened room. Felt uncomfortable

Pros:

1- Confort de habitación (incluía literas para los niños y dos lavabos).
2- Desayuno completo.
3- Personal de recepción muy atento y cordial.

Cons:

A modo de sugerencia, pienso que algunos aspectos son mejorables:
1- Personal del comedor (desayuno) muy poco amable. La atención durante el desayuno podría haber sido más cordial.
2- Señal wi-fi débil dentro de la habitación (planta 4).
3- La taza del lavabo con bañera olía un poco.

Very good hotel!
Pros:

This is a very good hotel in the heart of Prague. Clean, nice rooms, good breakfast! The hotel staff was always kind and helpful.

Cons:

It's located on a noisy street. They have double window but sometimes you can hear a bit. But that's the vehicle's fault!

Forse il fatto che abbiamo dovuto aspettare un bel po' per il check in ( il personale non era sempre in reception). Ma poi tutto bene. Mancano sicuramente i prodotti da bagno

Für einen Städtekurztripp passabel.
Pros:

Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral, in der Nähe des Nationalmuseums, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, Zimmer sehr abgelebt.

Cons:

Die Lage unmittelbar an einer sehr lauten, viel befahrenen Straße ist belastend. Fenster öffnen nicht möglich.
