Pros:

Izby čisté, bohatý vyber jedla. Detská postielka s vankúšom a paplonom pre dieťa + extra deka. Boli sme veľmi spokojní. Personál bol veľmi milý

Undisclosed broken AC in hot temperature
Cons:

Was given an attic room without working AC in a 31 degrees Celcius temperature. When I requested a demonstration of a working AC, the staff confirmed the AC was broken but they are fully booked and it's a take-it-or-leave-it situation. They refunded me on the spot and I had to look for other accommodation.

The location si also hard to get to without a car. I do not recommend dealing with this place.

Vynikajúci zážitok z Prahy a Silenzia.
Pros:

Hotel je veľmi príjemný, cca 2 roky po rekonštrukcii, takže pôsobí ako novostavba. Personál vynikajúci, komunikácia recepcie na 1*. Čistota v spoločných priestoroch a na izbe naozaj na špičkovej úrovni (výmena všetkých uterákov každý deň). Sortiment na raňajky výborný. Parkovisko pri hoteli, najbližšia zastávka MHD cca 10´ prechádzka, príjemné prostredie plné zelene. Celkový dojem - radi sa vrátime. Drobné nedostatky - v kúpeľni nevhodne umiestnený dávkovač tekutého mydla (pochybenie architekta interiéru) a chýbajúci citrón do čaju v raňajkovom bufete rozhodne nemôžu ovplyvniť veľmi pozitívny dojem z hotela a päťdňového pobytu. Posielame touto cestou poďakovanie všetkým pracovníkom hotela za profesionálny prístup.

Pozri vyššie, ale nedá sa to nazvať podstatným negatívom.

Świetny obiekt niedaleko centrum Pragi w cichej i spokojnej okolicy
Pros:

Doskonała lokalizacja, cicha i spokojna okolica, łatwa komunikacja do centrum miasta. Czystość, wygodne łóżka, bardzo pomocny personel.

Cons:

Może niekoniecznie, że nie podobało, ale przydałoby się większe zróżnicowanie dań śniadaniowych oraz możliwość wyboru dań dla osób z nietolerancją glutenu/laktozy.

Phenomenal staff, friendly and sincere. Total credit to the facility.
Pros:

Lovely friendly hotel. Very quiet and off the busy street.

Cons:

I would love to have a shower in the bathroom, the hand held one did the job but would rather have been able to stand under it.
