Cons:

Meine Matratze war schon sehr ausgelegen.
Ich war im Nebenhaus untergebracht und musste meinen schweren Koffer in den ersten Stock tragen.
Es gab Keinen Aufzug im Nebenhaus und diesbezüglich auch keinen Hinweis auf der booking.com Seite.
Stinkige alte Teppiche im gesamten Flurbereich im Haupt- und Nebenhaus.
Wegen versehentlicher Doppelbuchung meinerseits habe ich heute von booking. com erfahren, dass das Hotel mir trotzdem, dass ich einige Tage vor meiner Anreise 1 Buchung stornierte und das Hotel trotzdem voll ausgebucht war, dass ich 250€ bezahlen muss-trotz meines Aufenthaltes. Das ist weder kulant noch kundenorientiertes Handeln.

All Great except additional charge for the parking
Pros:

Very nice location, with a great view, close to the lake by car and other nice hiking routes. Sauna/spa area is great. Breakfast is great.

Cons:

It's absolutely hilarious that for the hotel of this price and manner you have to pay an additional 10e per day for their parking. Parking is small and not even managed properly to justify this kind of price.

Es war sehr freundlich und sauber. Gute Ausstattung.
Pros:

Die gute Anbindung mit dem Zug zur Zugspitze und den Möglichkeiten die Seilbahn zu nehmen. Auch die direkte Anbindung zum Wanderweg Hölentahlklamm war besonders. Leckere Hausmannskost.

Рандомно забронировала отель и не ошиблась! Самое привлекательное - это месторасположение. В отдалении от шумной цивилизации и горной реки, у самого начала пешей тропы.
Рядом автобусная остановка и поезд.
Сам отель очень уютный, достаточно чистый. У нас был номер во втором корпусе (их три) с балконом и видом на реку и гору.
В номере есть холодильничек. Чайника нет, но есть фен и телевизор. Банные халаты, тапочки и полотенца.
Есть бассейн, сауна.
Парковка большая - 10 евро.
Плюс - курортный сбор 1,5 евро и 7 евро городской налог.
Завтрак просто шикарный! Огромный выбор всего.
Рекомендую этот отель!
