Fabulous location and a great night's sleep but hotel is starting to show its age.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed - slept great. Good size room. Excellent river view. Good water pressure in the shower. Nice gym with a nice view. Pretty decent restaurant with good service. Superb location right next to a Starbucks and plenty of other restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

TV didn't work. Hotel is showing its age. Limited toiletry amenities.

Cons:

Very outdated and the room could have used a better cleaning. There was visible rust and cob webs in the window.

المكان جيد وموقعه مناسب ولكن الأسعار مبالغ فيها خصوصا ما يتعلق بإضافة ما يسمى الفاوتشر إلى الفاتورة النهائية.

Cons:

لا أعلم سبب عدم تجاوب مقر الإقامة مع طلبي بتزويدي لفواتير تستثني الشراب والاكل وتقتصر فقط على الإقامة!!
ارسلت أكثر من بريد بطلب فاتورة بهذا الخصوص ولكن لا إجابة للأسف.
المكان يستحق إدارة على درجة عالية من تفهم احتياجات الضيوف وطلباتهم.

L’emplacement

Cons:

La literie est déplorable et les draps usés, voire déchirés.
Ce n’est pas dit à la réservation mais un « destination fee » de 25$ par jour vous est compté, que vous consommiez à l’hôtel ou pas. Personnellement, j’étais occupé toute la journée et je n’ai jamais pu l’utiliser. Je considère cela comme une pratique commerciale abusive.

Fix my issues and adjust the charges

We lost hot water for 1 on my nights, I was told that I was gonna get a credit, but I was over charged instead. I called 3 times and no one could help me and a manager was never there when I called. at this time My Issue is has not been resolved and I am completely dissatisfied about that. I also left my name and number for a call back and I did not get one. If you want to help resolve my issue.
