Location proximity to my work destination.
The many different groups of Men smoking in the parking lot and sitting in cars smoking. Some smoking drugs and some smoking cigarettes right by the no smoking property sign. Better engaged security is needed.

Plenty of parking. Complimentary breakfast in the morning. The hotel was nice. Chose this hotel because of a concert near by. It worked great
We stayed by the elevator and it beeped loudly when it stopped on the floor, so kind of annoying when first falling to sleep
The staff was friendly and professional. Then room was clean and comfortable. I did not have breakfast in the morning.
We got bed bugs after the second time they changed the sheets.

The staff was fabulous. Check-in was easy despite having service dogs. My last experience at an unrelated hotel was awful. This was such a refreshing change.
I also left an item in the refrigerator and came back to ask about it. Housekeeping found it and brought it down to the front desk for me.
Only two disappointing things:
Having to walk my service dogs was challenging because the entirety of the hotel was surrounded by marijuana smoke. I realize that the hotel has no control over what folks smoke outside the building, but its presence made breathing pretty challenging.
On returning to the room, the first few minutes were also challenging for breathing because of a really heavy smell in the room. I don't know whether it was a cleaner smell or something from the A/C unit, but it was initially extremely pungent and smelled pretty rank.

It was good late opening Sunday 6:30
Most hotel service staffs were very nice and helpful. Also we like the varieties of the breakfast.
The sofa bed was too soft which caused our back pains after sleep overnight. We asked for another set of bedding to put on the top which made things a little better.
Also our original assigned room was next to the elevator and very noisy. Per our request, the front desk service changed our room to a similar suite on another floor. That room was much better and more quiet.
The bed was super comfortable. I would’ve loved bacon for bkfast and fruit otherwise it was good for a freebie!
Front desk staff was not very welcoming a smile would’ve made all the difference.
The fact that the pool was inviting to people with disabilities. The very next day people were using the lift. Very nice
