Ascensore rotto per tutto il soggiorno (di tre notti) abbiamo dovuto sollevare le valigie di oltre 20 kg per arrivare alla nostra camera al terzo piano. Non hanno neanche avvertito del problema

Apart from bed settee our stay was good.
Pros:

Close to city - staff very nice - good breakfast - quiet location.

Cons:

Asked for 2 single beds but got a double room with a bed settee which wasn’t set up on arrival. Bed settee uncomfortable.

Bedingt zu empfehlen. Völlig überteuert für das, was geboten wird.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Man ist mitten in der Stadt und fußläufig schnell an den wichtigsten Attraktivitäten.

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl war während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes (vier Tage) defekt. Mit schweren Koffern sehr ungünstig. Zum Glück waren wir nur im zweiten Stock einquartiert. Hilfe beim hochschleppen wurde nur zurückhaltend angeboten.
Das WLAN funktionierte nicht gut und war ständig unterbrochen.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war mittelmäßig, dafür der Preis (Festival Woche) extrem überteuert, insgesamt eine Unverschämtheit.

Im Stadtzenrtum gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel punktet besonders bei der Lage. Es ist sehr nahe zum Schloss und der Einkaufstrasse.

Cons:

Preis- Leistung ist es zu teuer. Wir haben ca. 700 Pfund für 2 Nächte bezahlt. Daher haben wir uns schon mehr erhofft auch wenn es "nur" ein 3* Hotel ist.
Das Personal macht was es muss, jedoch nicht mehr. Zusatzinformetionen oder Tipps müssen erfragt wwerden und die Auskunft ist meist mangelhaft.

Parken vor dem Hotel ist sehr schwierig, da meistens die 2-3 Plätze besetzt sind oder es werden Bussen verteilt.

Decent hotel, cost is ridiculous during peak season
Pros:

The staff was amazing, they tried their best.

Cons:

The elevator went down the day we got there. We were on the 4th floor. I was mobility impaired due to an injury and had to walk up 4 flights of stairs every time we needed to come down or up. And getting suitcases up and down the stairs was not fun. The lift was bit fixed in the 5 days we were there and they didn’t know when it would be fixed.

Hotel acollidor i molt cèntric
Pros:

Habitació molt còmode i àmplia. Ubicació excel·lent, en 15 minuts estaves al centre de tot.
Supermercat Tesco a prop que va molt bé per les provisions.
Totalment recomanable i repetiria.

Cons:

Només destacaria el lavabo que a ser habitació familiar era adaptada per minusvàlids i tot ens quedava baixet però s'enten.

Hotel molt acollidor, de fet vaig repetir l'estada per ser cèntric i tal i com esperava.
Personal molt amable.

Cons:

En habitacions familiars que són adaptades per minusvàlids també, s'enten però costa moure's al lavabo amb tot a baixa alçada.

Cons:

Life was broken. Ok for us but hard on older people carrying bags. Maybe supply a foldable suitcase holder in each room.
