Die Lage; das Frühstück; das Personal; die Sauberkeit; Für den Preis kann man in dieser Toplage kaum was Besseres finden. Das gesamte Personal macht einen super Job! Das Frühstücksbuffet war bis 10 Uhr bestens betreut!

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war durch die Klimaanlage für uns relativ frisch. Das Zimmer war für drei Personen etwas beengt, aber das war uns vorher bewusst und wurde auch vom Hotel offen kommuniziert.

Me gustó la ubicación y que pude hacer el check-in anticipadamente.

Varias cosas que mejorar. Partiendo porque nos alojamos una habitación del piso 0 y no nos llegaba señal ni wifi, además la habitación era muy oscura. Cabe mencionar que el precio por noche no era nada barato. El baño no tenía ventilación. El desayuno tenía muy poca variedad

Pros:

David greeted us and made us feel like we were at home. Saw him each day and he always asked how things were. In addition, the rest of the staff were very friendly as well. The location was perfect (5-minutes from the Royal Mile). The whole hotel was clean - kudos to the cleaning team! The breakfast was good and plentiful.

Cons:

No electrical outlets in the bathroom. In fact, only 2 in the whole room, none even close to the bed, and the closest one for the coffee machine you literally had to put the machine on the floor. One-side of the bed had USB/C and nothing on the other side. Bed was small for two people and if 1 was large it is not comfortable.

Typisk britisk frokost, er ikke så glad i egg, bacon, pølser til frokost. Annen mat er jo noe man må godta når man er på reise i et annet land. Men, gode frokostblandinger :-)

Pros:

Other than the above already rated, the quite and safe! But the staff really outdid themselves, the breakfast was just what we needed, and the room was prefectly clean and comfortable. Would book again 100%!

Cons:

Room was a bit cramped (so next time I will take a bigger room) and no mini fridge.
