Despite it being far from the main city it was close to the trains.
Getting here was easy and the rooms were nice and had lots of good amenities.
Internet sometimes turned off for a few minutes every day we were there.

Very good service from the hotel staff from front desk to the concierge to the housekeeping team. The guest room including the bathroom was clean and organized.
It is just a block and a half way from the MRT Jiannan Road stop exit 3. Also, if you want to enjoy good steak there is a Ruth Chris steakhouse very near the hotel. The hotel is a good choice for a quiet place to stay if you value a good night sleep at a five star hotel without having an extremely expensive room rate. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The staff was incredibly accommodating. We had to move our reservation up last minute in the middle of the night, and they were so helpful and able to get us a room ASAP. The hotel is right off the brown line for the MRT, so we were easily able to get around Taipei with their public transit. There's also a mall across the street if you want to shop or eat nearby. Breakfast had a variety of foods and was delicious. The rooms were spacious and quiet. Would stay here again!
