房間大小超出預期，也蠻安靜的，還以為隔壁沒有住人

五星級飯店應該不是只有硬體，軟體部份也應該要跟星級相襯才是，但很可惜這次入住沒有感受到「人」的溫度，員工感覺只是中規中矩的做好他們自己的事，也許有人會覺得這樣已經很夠了，但我住過的商務飯店的員工在待人的部分反而更有五星級的服務，標榜五星級卻是中規中矩的服務我個人覺得可惜，也不會想再入住就是了
