Categories

Cleanliness
9.8
Rooms described as 'zeer netjes' and generally clean across reviews; no major cleanliness complaints.
Service
9.8
Staff repeatedly praised as very friendly and helpful; isolated negative service incidents (massage booking cancellation and one very poor lounge service) reduced the score slightly but overall service is a strong positive.
Location
10
Location repeatedly described as perfect/top and a clear highlight for many guests.
Room Quality
8.8
Rooms noted as spacious and comfortable with good beds, but several comments on street noise, dated interiors and ongoing renovations reduced this score.
Amenities
9.6
Spa and lounge areas praised and breakfast area appreciated; however, in-room WiFi issues and renovation disturbances were mentioned as negatives.
Value for Money
8
Multiple comments call out high pricing (restaurant and breakfast price-performance mismatch), leading to a noticeably lower value perception.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Restaurants and breakfast receive strong praise for quality and service in many reviews, though there are isolated service failures in the lounge and complaints about breakfast value.
Overall Experience
10
Majority of reviews describe an excellent overall impression ('top', 'genial', 'zeer fijn'); positives around location, service and facilities outweigh isolated negative incidents.

Trotz Demo-Wochenende ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Cons:

Daa Frühstück sowie das Preisgefüge insgesamt.
