Très moyen avec minable petit déjeuner
Cons:

Assez vieux, mal entretenu, un peu crade (il y a un vrai problème avec le ménage des chambres), petit déjeuner minable (pas de fromage, de bacon, de fruits ou jus de fruits digne de ce nom…). On venait d’un hôtel qui, pour le même prix, était propre, neuf, accueillant avec superbe petit dej, le déclassement a été sévère.

A nice place with good rooms and good service, we would go back again.
Pros:

We were upgraded to the Honeymoon suite.

Cons:

We would prefer more selection with the breakfast buffet. Had the same sausage and eggs each day. THe pancake machine was broken the whole time. Even that woudl have been good.

The hotel is ok, but pricey for what you get
Pros:

Good Location, like double door access in main floor, and bathroom seemed to be newly renovated.

Cons:

The room was not very clean, room and bed smell weird.
Breakfast was ok in my second day but in first day have to wait too long for eggs, not many bread choices.

Front desk sucks
Pros:

Hot tub was hot... front desk charged us 3 times for one night stay. Wont rectify it.

Pros:

The room size was excellent and bathroom was well done.

Cons:

Our family check in on Monday August 3rd and found out the T.V. was not working and the staff told us that Roger's will be out to fix them tomorrow. On Tuesday we found out they won't be fixed until Friday.
In reality the T.V. had not been working in the hotel since 23rd of July. The breakfast was disappointing, yorgurt machine was broken for sometime and suggest maybe buy some individual yogurts. I Told the breakfast staff that they set you up to fail, no cups for coffee, he could not keep up with the amount of people with food and clean dishes that guests were washing out dirty coffee cups.
