It could have been better
Pros:

I liked that it was close to every attraction located in downtown Chicago

Cons:

The air conditioner unit is so loud you can barely sleep. The room felt musty and humid every time we came in even with the air on. There was bo complimentary drinks or water in the room, you had to pay for everything. As much as the hotel cost its should have been free. No microwave either.

Location and amenities are on point. Spendy but affordable while staying downtown close to all.
Pros:

The location is fantastic. Close to restaurants (fancy to fast food). Everyone who worked during our stay was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room itself was great. My only complaint is the noisy AC and fan...this did drown out some of the street noise which you simply are going to put up with. The shower as others have said is fantastic. Lots of pressure and constant temp. I felt safe as they do manage the door and elevators with staff and security. Elevators are fast and efficient. I would stay here again without a thought. The Catholic Church down the street is so beautiful! Go check it out!

Cons:

Noise from AC/heat/fan. I'd like to see an additional safety latch on the door to the room like most hotels provide.
