Super Hotel im Herzen von Chicago - wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Modernes Hotel an bester Lage. Sehr freundliches, kompetentes Personal. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und mit toller Aussicht auf die Stadt. Die Bar im Erdgeschoss ist stylisch und ideal für einen Drink am Abend, ein unkompliziertes Mittagessen oder ein tolles Frühstück.

Pros:

Ótimo atendimento e localização. Ótimos restaurantes na região. Gostei da cama, mas meu marido achou um pouco mole.

Cons:

O café da manhã era servido num local no piso térreo. Era muito bom e com ótimo atendimento. Porém, numa das manhãs houve problema e não conseguiram servir nada. Esse local também não tinha café expresso.

Effortless Comfort
Pros:

My friend and I were in town for just one night for the BTS concert, so being able to relax before and after was the priority. Eurostar Mag Mile delivered. Check in and check out was smooth, the room was lovely, and the staff were wonderful as well!

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. I’ve come to Eurostars quite often. Any time I come to Chicago Eurostars Magnificent Mile is my go to!

Lovely, spacious industrial vibe hotel
Pros:

Great central location, nicely styled, industrial vibe, clean rooms, staff were polite and helpful

Cons:

Balconies were locked and inaccessible, the listing on booking.com advertised balconies and this was a major selling point for us. Staff offered no reason for the lack of balcony access.
