the staff of the hotel were supeer rude and ignorant Special the people who were working in the valet parking. They were super rude and unpolite and they’re never been downstairs. that’s one of the biggest issue of that hotel and they charge me $68 per night for the valet parking because they do not have parking and the people were super rude. Because of those people I do not want to visit that hotel anymore. The hotel itself was good, but the people were awful.

The bed was uncomfortable
Our view of the city in the panoramic room was amazing. I loved the ceiling to floor windows. And the staff was amazingingly kind and helpful, especially Christian at the front desk and the security guards.
We only stayed one night! Would have loved a couple more days, but that's on us.
The staff was really attentive… anticipating needs without being asked. And their professionalism raised the experience from great to luxury.
The elevator doors opened on the third floor… maybe it’s a maintenance floor, but it looked creepy compared to the rest of the hotel.
Extremely disappointing experience with this hotel and its customer service team. Medical documentation was specifically requested and provided exactly as instructed for review. Despite this, the only solution repeatedly offered was rescheduling travel that was medically impossible.
What made the experience worse was the complete lack of communication and follow-through afterward. Front Desk Supervisor Pedro Quirosa and the hotel team promised additional assistance and follow-up, yet emails are now being ignored entirely with no confirmation, no resolution, and no accountability.
If you are dealing with any issue that requires customer support, hardship consideration, or even basic communication, I would strongly reconsider booking here. Asking guests to provide sensitive medical documentation only to stop responding afterward is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

We loved everything
Great size for the room, fantastic location and nice view
One cannot close the bathroom door (pocket door). The shower is spacious but the water comes out into the bathroom. The bathroom door is the same for the closet so, when one closes the bathroom, cannot close the closet.
