My only complaint and it's very stupid and not worth the attention. Its the bed pillows there too soft and highly uncomfortable. I had to stack them for comfort and firmness. Once again nothing major..
I've stayed here many times for business and its a great boutique hotel. The staff is always exceptional.
I was a little dissapointed in my king mattress. I am usually pretty tolerant, but this visit in particular had a mattress like I was in the Grand Canyon! Need to replace.
I will still return because I love this hotel so much.

the staff of the hotel were supeer rude and ignorant Special the people who were working in the valet parking. They were super rude and unpolite and they’re never been downstairs. that’s one of the biggest issue of that hotel and they charge me $68 per night for the valet parking because they do not have parking and the people were super rude. Because of those people I do not want to visit that hotel anymore. The hotel itself was good, but the people were awful.
