Pros:

Clean modern room and a no pet policy. I like dogs as much as anyone else, and I don't care how much you clean, I can always smell when dogs have stayed in the room.

Cons:

I would've liked to have a free breakfast as they have at Eurostars in Europe.

Great hotel! A short, 10 minute walk to Michigan Ave. Good neighhood, lots of resturants nearby.
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel. The city views from the 24th floor were great! Very comfortable bed and 4 great pillows! Breakfast in the resturant was included in the package we booked. EXCELLENT made to order breakfast! A perfect stay!

Beautiful hotel with a nice city view we felt very secure there.
Pros:

The hotel itself was beautiful. Plenty of staff and security around to navigate you where you need to go.

Cons:

Just like most places in Chicago parking was a nightmare. Valet was expensive. The previous guest before us had plugged the toilet so calling down to the front desk at 11:30 to ask for a plunger was not very convenient.

Pros:

It was convenient between transportation and in the center of the city

Cons:

It smelled like marijuana everyday even if there was a no smoking policy. The door didn’t really have a lock to the bathroom. Very dim in there not enough light
