Pros:

Das Bad und das Bett waren super komfortabel. Toll waren auch die Bademäntel. Frühstück war lecker und eine super Auswahl.

Cons:

Teppichböden im Zimmer waren schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, mit einigen dunklen Flecken.

I didn't stay - they messed up my booking and moved me to another hotel
Pros:

The only positive was that they arranged to move me to another hotel when I arrived as there was a mix up with the booking.

Cons:

When I arrived, I was told that there were no rooms as the system had not booked me in correctly. The person I was speaking to said that it was an issue sometimes with bookings from Booking.com and that I should have booked by the hotel website directly - pushing the blame towards me. They seemed to think that moving me to another hotel was them doing me a big favour. This is all despite me being in communication with the Reservations Team via the messaging function on Booking.com. I ended up staying at the Hodson Bay Hotel and that was excellent.
