the breakfast was amazing with a great selection, it also came right on time as we had it delivered to the room. Probably the biggest bed I've ever seen and was so so comfortable.
check in didn't go to plan as we were told that we could check in from 3pm and even though we didn't arrive till around 4pm we had to wait another hour for the room to be ready for us. however they were very sorry about this and we got upgraded to a higher room in the hotel.
Big room, comfortable bed, and nice shower and bath. Great amenities, nice coffee, drinking water on tap. The layout of the room made it feel very private and cozy. Good soundproofing
Great central location. 5 minutes walk from the train station and very close to the main-street.
We didn't mind, but some rooms take a few minutes to reach from the desk, and require multiple elevators and some walking

We didn't stay in the hotel but we used the spa. What a fantastic experience from start to finish. 3 of us booked the Summer Revive package. 2 x 30 minute treatments and lunch. Asta was my masseuse and she was awesome. We then enjoyed a delicious lunch in a private dining area. Along with use of the swimming pool. From start to finish we had a great day, great value and would highly recommend it.
Modernes schönes City Hotel. Zentral gelegen, top ausgestattet.
Very nice hotel. Staff helpful, in particular staff on duty during breakfast. The selection of food was just fabulous. Our waitress was so attentive and helpful (Risma, I think was her name). Hotel is located in the centre of town but bedroom had no noise issues at all. Cosy little pub around the corner called Carey’s.

Nice atmosphere in the hotel. The lifts were prompt. I enjoyed the outdoor roof patio on the second floor, with entrance through the lounge/bar. The room was spacious and the bed was good. Good tea making and coffee etc.. and the TV with YT and other apps. Location is great. Very central and both hotel restaurants are very good.
The toilet was a bit cramped between the shower and the wall and there was no toilet brush provided.

Had a lovely stay at Sheraton Athlone on 29th July ,however when we arrived at hotel it was after 5pm our room wasnt ready so we went to bar for a drink and manager followed us in gave us drink on the house to compensate us which was very kind and we really appreciated it. We have to say where ever we went in hotel staff were so friendly and helpful.we had dinner in restaurant and it was fab.My friend had a tough year following cancer diagnosis and treatment and she said she has best night's sleep ever with yer fab duvets and pillows she has looked into buying them but unfortunately out of her price range.
Overall all we had fabulous stay with ye and will definitely be back.
