Mala atención, no volvería.
Pros:

No me pude hospedar porque me dieron una habitación en malas condiciones.

Cons:

La habitación que me dieron estaba en malas condiciones, el televisor tenía un ruido espantoso, además de ello tuvimos una pésima atención por parte de la encargada Naishia, solicitamos que nos cambie de habitación y se negó a pesar de que le dijimos nuestra incomodidad, finalmente tuve que poner una queja por su falta de cortesía y mal trato.

Excellent Stay with Great Facilities and Comfort
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at qp Hotels Lima. The suite was excellent, very comfortable and well designed. I also really enjoyed the jacuzzi, the gym, and the overall comfort of the hotel. Everything was clean, modern, and the staff were kind and professional.

Cons:

The only small point is that the restaurant is quite small compared to the size and quality of the hotel, but the rest of the experience was truly outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lima!

Cons:

I paid for A suite the bathroom plug did not work I could not use my utensils for my hair, very old on the inside is not what you see on the pictures , breakfast only until 10:00 , do not offer coffee 24 hours .
They should refurbish the whole bathroom.
The receptionist at the front desk told me coffee is only until 8pm when I requested it .Not 24 hours

A bit disappointing this time.
Pros:

Everything as expected, comfortable rooms and helpful staff.

Cons:

The room I had during my first visit was 812, everything fine. I just got room 201 this time. It was very noisy! Engines roaring any moment, and many maintenance tasks executed noisily in the middle of the night. Avoid room 201!
