Больше всего мне понравился сервис. Очень отзывчивые! Изначально бронировали один номер, получил очень приятный апгрейд. Более того, на все просьбы реагировали очень быстро! Незамедлительно устраняли проблемы.

Cons:

В первой комнате размещения не работал кондиционер и было очень душно. Не предоставляют дополнительное одеяло.

Super netjes en geweldig personeel!
Pros:

Het personeel! Geweldige service. We hadden hulp nodig bij onze vlucht en Vincent heeft ons geweldig geholpen, zonder hem hadden we het niet gered.
Hotel was prachtig mooi en super netjes. Goede roomservice, heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt en de kids kregen allemaal kadootjes.

Cons:

De wifi was verschrikkelijk, was zo sloom dat je er niets mee kan. Maar dat was in China op veel meer plekken dus weet niet of het hotel er iets aan kon doen.
Lokatie is niet heel bijzonder. Weinig gezelligheid in de buurt. Je moet echt de metro pakken voor leuke wijkjes. Met de metro ben je er dan weer zo op leuke plekken.

從上海車站到酒店很近但需要走一小段路，門口的接待人員很熱心的協助我們搬行李，一進門的味道很舒服令人感覺放鬆，房間寬敞明亮而且很乾淨，電梯很多所以不會等太久，清潔人員隨時準備好可以打掃房間，點外賣也有機器人送到房間門口，整體住宿經驗很令人滿意

打掃的非常乾淨，服務人員都很親切，還有招待美味的水果和餅乾以及大白兔奶糖❤️

Cons:

淋浴間地上的邊邊有點發霉，但不影響使用

Very nice hotel, pleasant staff, good food.
Pros:

A huge range of food for breakfast. Buffet style. Good quality. The dining room was always very busy. A large hotel has a large number of guests.

Cons:

I found the free Wi-fi to be free, but not to be particularly strong. Poor bandwidth probably the culprit.

The suite was also spacious.
Bedding was excellent!
Staff were also helpful, accommodating, friendly and courteous!

Great 2 week stay.
Pros:

We had Ma ling as our cleaner. She works so hard. Everyday she came and cleaned and taught us a bit of mandarin. She was absolutely amazing.
The facilities at the hotel was great! I came home with no clothes washing to do. Definitely recommend.

Cons:

Using a key card to get to the floor. If you forgot it, you have to go to reception which is a bit of a hassle.

Perfect stay
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect because it is near to the metro station (about 435m to the exit 7) and high speed rail station (about 400m). There is a financial street shopping centre at the opposite of the hotel (walking distance) which provides many kinds of food )of about 20-30 choices. Restaurants are also available along the way to metro (out of the hotel main entrance and turn right). The hotel is very clean. The breakfast buffet has about 30 choices of food and drinks either included during booking of hotel or pay. For my case, I pay for 2 adults and my kids get to enjoy the food for free. The TV shows the availability of the washing machine and dryer. The front desk staff Rachel is very friendly and very helpful. She gave us a warm welcome. The 22nd floor cleaner (何珊红女士 if I am not mistaken） is very friendly and very helpful too. Have a great stay of 7 nights thanks to them
