Awesome experience !
Pros:

Spotless clean and spacious room ! Bed and pillows are very comfortable ! Room lightings also very warm and relax ! Staffs are very helpful and well manner. Breakfasts are Awesome

Cons:

Робот чуть не наехал на нас, постоянно встречается на пути, лифты работают не все, постоянно ждёшь и забиты людьми.

Overall, a nice clean hotel with good value for money. Helpful staff.
Pros:

Good breakfast
Ample and clean washing machines and dryer.

Cons:

Some rooms face the railway lines, hence may be noisy.
My room had smoke smell though it was a non-smoking room. However, I was allowed to change to another room.

Great-value hotel in a handy location with spacious rooms, easy transport links, excellent breakfast, and standout servi
Pros:

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Shanghai Jing’an from 17th–22nd May and had a really great experience.

The location is spot on—easy walking distance to a shopping centre and M50 Creative Park, and getting taxis to places like the Bund or nearby stations was quick and hassle-free.

Our room was lovely and really spacious, which made it super comfortable after long days out exploring the city.

The best part of the stay though was definitely the staff. Rachel in particular was amazing—she made us feel welcome straight away and couldn’t do enough to help us settle in and enjoy our time there.

Breakfast was also a highlight, with a fresh and varied selection every day, so it never got boring.

Overall, great value for money and a really solid choice if you’re staying in Shanghai.

A great choice to explore Shanghai
Pros:

This is a lovely property nice clean rooms with massive beds. Shower and toilet separate. Very close to Shanghai station. There are enough plug sockets both USB and plug….free bottled water in the rooms and replenished daily. TV that has mostly Asian channels but if you keep going down the channels to the end you will find English language ones. I know tv isn’t for everyone on holidays but I like to relax before bed and watched some interesting documentaries. Oh and prepare to share a lift with a robot..

Cons:

Food limited but there is a mall across the road that sells regional cuisine and has a Burger King and subway. You can get food delivered to the hotel. This property is outside the main tourist locality which is good but the DiDi app is a must to get around..

Super nice, comfortable and memorable.
Pros:

The location was great and quite central. Friendly staff who are knowledgeable. In particular, trainee Sirine Huang show good knowledge and had wonderful suggestions on where to go and where to find good places to chill. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds and quiet. Breakfast was very good with cooking stations and good variety. Wait staff were well trained, polite and friendly. They remember the timing you arrive usually.

Cons:

The safe was initially not usable but they had it checked and change to a new one. Room was a little warm at times and TV went off by itself. One night the TV could not be switch off. Other than these, all good.
