The staff is super frendly and helpful.
Is very close to the Shanghai Metro Station, their staff is super kind and friendly, the room is spacious and it was also very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast is soooo good, I miss it.
Nothing to complain, I would just like to suggest to have Oat Milk in the breakfast for the ones lactose intolerant, is the only thing I missed.

Loved the lovely room, hotel facilities, staff members and cleanliness.
Unfortunately there are no TV channels or streaming available with English audio or English subtitles. For us who do not speak Chinese it was a bit frustrating.

A special thank you to Rachel Wang, who made my stay even better. I received a room upgrade when I first arrived, which was a really nice surprise. When I later decided to extend my stay, Rachel Wang did everything she could to make sure I could remain in the same upgraded room and was always available if I had any questions. Since it was my first time in Shanghai, I really appreciated how helpful and attentive she was.
I originally booked the hotel for two nights, but I liked it so much that I ended up staying four more nights.
The staff in general were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and very clean, and the whole hotel feels very well maintained.
I also really liked the gym. It had everything I needed, and because it is open 24/7, I could still do my workouts while spending most of the day exploring the city.
Overall, I had a 10/10 stay and felt very well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again!

We received a very warm welcome from Rachel. We were able to check in early and were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade.
Rachel was especially kind and helpful when my wife developed a knee injury during our stay. She really took the time to think along with us and help wherever she could.
We also had very friendly contact with the manager. Overall, a very warm and welcoming experience.
