Muito bom, recomendo o hotel e é uma ótima opção para quem quer ficar bem próximo à praça Taksim.
Pros:

Hotel muito bom, com equipe bastante atenciosa e comunicação clara. Ajudaram nos transfers e nos remanejos por conta de mudança/atraso de vôo. Hotel limpo e com bastante conforto, cama boa, espaços amplos. Café/doces típicos ao lado do saguão muito bons e com atendimento cordial.

Cons:

O chuveiro poderia ser melhor para um hotel deste padrão. O café da manhã é variado e bastante típico da região, mas, para quem vem do Brasil ou de outros países das Américas, podem faltar algumas opções mais familiares ao nosso paladar.

Hôtel bien situé et propre
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé, dans une rue calme et à environ 3 min à pieds de la place taksim,
La chambre familiale a été très spacieuse,
Petit déjeuner bien
Personnel très accueillant et parle très bien l’anglais.

This place is a joke. The old TV is in a wardrobe with a slide! In the same wardrobe you have a non working minibar. The hairdryer is working but broken!
As a bonus, you have a very bad staff, we booked with a breakfast and it was another joke. The guy comes and clean the dishes next to you while you eating, the employees look at you with angry faces and you don't know why!
My advice: don't waste your money on this place.

I always ask myself: who gives 4 stars to this type of hotels? How hotels are evaluated in Turkey? It is still a mystery to me each time I visit Turkey and book a hotel thinking that a 4 stars is really a stars. Sometimes you get a real 4 stars and many times you feel you've got scammed with 3 or 2 stars with very bad and rude employees.
Luckily I only got the angry looks this time with shi*y room, maybe if I talked to one of them I would get the yelling!

Очень скудный завтрак, нет элементарной яичницы или омлета. Полотенца нужно уже менять.
