Przepiękne dwa wygodne apartamenty, czysto, świetna lokalizacja, obsługa przemiła
The location is good, facilities are good and the staff were great.
Not a dislike but the single room en-suites are snug to say the least. Not a problem for one night but they are expensive for what they are.
The room was amazing, we took a suite and it exceeded our expectations.
The aircon unit was not the best (it was usually hot during our stay).
Very friendly and attentive staff. Clean and spacious apartment with coffee, tea, milk and biscuits provided.
Nothing
Very nice and comfy would stay here again if given the chance x
Nothing xx
I gave report before
Staff very friendly
Room very hot at night
I like how quaint the hotel was and the rooms were very pleasant to stay in.
Unfortunately I do think the price for the breakfast is a bit steep. Due to this we unfortunately had to eat breakfast outside the hotel. I would have been nice to have had breakfast but £15 per person per day is quite expensive.
It’s a very traditional English hotel. My room was spacious with a balcony. The staff were very pleasant and worked hard to get things right.
Nothing
Easy to park. Close to where I wanted to be. Staff are polite.
On arrival the bathroom smelled of urine. Because if wooden floorboards in the bathroom, wood holds this and it’s not easy to clean. However looking at the base of the loo, it had not been cleaned well. I sprayed the loo with deodorant to remove the smell a bit.
I had to take antihistamines too.
I was so tired because of really busy schedule, I’d driven 5 hours and been on a course all day.
so I didn’t have time or energy to discuss this.
I just needed sleep and needed somewhere to rest up.
I’d had a very difficult time making this booking a week prior. I think this was booking.Coms issue not the hotel. I spent time calling booking.com which wasn’t fully resolved.
I had to book a second night while at the hotel. and paid a high fee for this. It cost me more than it should, had the booking been made correctly. I was debited on my card 3 times for 1 room. I do have my money back now. However this took me 3 hours of my time, going back and forth, discussion with my bank and booking.com. On arrival the hotel had no info of my 1st booking, nor any payments made to them.
After discussing this, the room I was in was an upgrade! So I had to pay extra for the second night. This didn’t make sense the cost of this room, not only the urine, but it was substandard.
I had no energy to ask further. The staff were made aware of my difficulties re booking, and didn’t offer anything to elevate my position.
Overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience. To arrive and pay for a pee smelling room, over the odds wasn’t ok. The staff were polite and respectful though. I have advised the staff I will write to them and booking.com and had to ask for email contact. Please learn from this and offer better service to clients, you are a service industry.
Very exceptional staff. Lovely grand hotel.
Lovely ambience
Nothing. Staff would sort anything
breakfast
Nothing
Felt more like staying in a hostel. was placed over the road from the main hotel building, had to complain about excessive noise from other guest yet nothing was done. booked the hotel to get some rest as staying down for work but would have been better off traveling from early from home.
I understand you cant control guest however when complaints are delt with thats not good management. and it wasnt just some shouting, it was two rooms shouting across a coridoor, music and then TV blaring, singing the theme tune to a famous show, all at 2/3 in the morning and again at 4.
Great place and staff
Great location, friendly helpful staff. Room well appointed
Charged extra for parking, poor breakfast
