Doccia rotta, albergo sporco, colazione terribile, cade un po tutto a pezzi.
Do not stop in the houses at back of hotel the road noise is terrible
Breakfast okay.
Sausage choice and food portion can be a bit improved on.

booked for my parents to stay for their 64th Wedding anniversary,
staff could not have been more incredible at looking after my parents.
In the heat wave they ensured they were well catered for and had an amazing stay. afternoon tea was excellent.

initially booked in a room with stairs to bathroom. would have been ok but parents in their 90s bit of a hazard. front desk moved them as soon as they were aware of situation.

Wij waren daar met 80+ ouders en hadden gevraagd voor kamer met easy acces/disabbility. We kregen een kamer met laag toilet en onmogelijk om te spoelen, een douchecabine met opstap zonder enige form van beugels. Douchen en toiletgang was zo goed als onmogelijk voor oude mensen die slecht ter been zijn.
Ontbijt erg matig, bv geen natural yoghurt, maar wel alles met suiker en vette hap

Very expensive for single night, single room, cramped accommodation, no breakfast. Question the value for money.
The room was a great size and the bed was very comfy. Good tea and coffee facilities. Staff were very friendly and really helpful.
Breakfast was great and really loved the decor in the dining room.
Unfortunately no air conditioning and as we were staying in the heat wave (we're from Northern Ireland and not used to the high temperature) we really would have needed it. There was a big fan which helped but we didn't like to keep it on all night.
