Staff went above and beyond to help me out as I am a disabled gentleman. The first night I was there I mistakenly allocated a room which I couldn't get to but the receptionist pulled a rabbit out of the hat to get me an appropriate room so top marks to her.
The coffee maker in my room didn't work and despite me pointing this out it was not fixed.
General public area on ground floor is nice.
Hotel could definitely do with some room upgrades, they are tired and smell old.
The location was fantastic and staff were lovely.

Location was perfect for Country Calling. Perfectly sized room, comfortable bed and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Only one bath towel and one hand towel provided even though two adults were stipulated on booking. No bottled water provided in the room. Lack of air conditioning in room. From 7am the next morning lots of vibrations noises from units on flat roof.
First time l had to pay to park
Great staff, lovely reception, restaurant and bar. Easy to find and park. My first stay in one of the annex rooms was comfortable but had a lot of early morning road noise- not so bad as I had tob enough early 😅 2nd stay on one of the hottest days was in the main hotel on the 2nd floor was comfortable but think it was cooler one floor down. All that said I am a fan, they are independent and the staff lovely!
The hotel is situated in a good location with ample parking.

Our stay was on the warmest day of the year. Although the room had a fan it was still very warm as on the top floor.
We accept that the weather was unusually hot.

This hotel was lovely and perfect for one night away when attending a festival. The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice and clean. Defiantly recommend.
Heerlijk engels onrbijt. Dichtbij station. Je kon zowel in de pub als restaurant.
Parkeerplaats was ook start/eindstation van rijexamen. Daardoor was het lastig om door de week een plek te vinden. Deze situatie is tijdelijk.
