Pros:

Very nice, no net curtains in room so could not open main curtains as faced road. Booking.com customers have to pay for parking.

A good base from which to explore chelmsford and the wider area.
Pros:

Able to get something to eat ranging from a snack to a full meal at almost any time was good. Excellent location. Plenty of onsite parking. Very helpful and understanding staff.

Pros:

Mix up in rooms sorted straight away had to leave day early refund issued moreoless traight away.

Cons:

Unfortunately in our room 33 the shower isnt workng efficiently and the toilet was so hard to flush you literally had to push the button right in which was hard and it just didnt flush sometimes.

Great one night stop for the cricket. Excellent breakfast and staff who looked like they actually like working there.
Pros:

The location is good, facilities are good and the staff were great.

Cons:

Not a dislike but the single room en-suites are snug to say the least. Not a problem for one night but they are expensive for what they are.
