Pros:

Breakfast was nice and hot, safe member on Saturday was very nice .

Cons:

Room was nasty, hair was left in the bed. Towels had stains on them . Did not get cleaning service on Saturday . Make up on pillow case

The hotel should be fully staffed during day and night shift.
Pros:

I loved the fact that the hotel was accessible to everything we were doing for the weekend.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that the toilet was stopped up and we had to constantly plunge it after each use. It was only one person at the front desk and she couldn’t keep up.

Amazing getaway trip to the beach

Terrible
Pros:

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location and parking were great. The pool and hot tub were fun!

Cons:

We've never had a bad experience with Holiday Inn like this before, but this will probably be our last time giving them our business.
The sink was filthy and leaked all night, leaving our entire room flooded with water. The unhygienic conditions were so severe that our kids even got sick.
The manager on duty made no effort to resolve any of these issues; all they offered was a late checkout.
They completely ruined our summer vacation. 0/5 for room cleanliness.

Air conditioning broke at midnight. Had to pack up and move rooms. Seems to be a lot of things need to be fixed around there

Pros:

Close to all the stores nearby and restaurants

Cons:

The front lobby smelled like eggs all the time. The elevator was very slow! For the price it wasn’t really what we were expecting. The air conditioner went out the first night in our room I’m assuming it needed to be reset for some reason so we woke up at 5:30. The front desk phone were not ringing so we had to go downstairs to notify them. But someone came straight up and reset it! They also ran out of towels none were cleaned

Our vent in the bathroom didn't seem to work, so after showers, it stayed steamy in the bathroom.
