Pros:

very nice and professional hotel service (reception, cleaning service) and restaurant service (very nice and helpful
waiters) tasty, although monotonous food.

Cons:

Our rooms had a balcony above the pool,a hustle and bustle during the day, noisy pumps at night, a large number of children right under our windows, the hotel is certainly of the right level, but too big for us, too many children.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel absolut empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Altstadt und Strand sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, absolut ausreichend und herrlich auf der schönen Sonnenterrasse. Der Pool war ebenfalls super. Es gab immer genügend Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen.

Das Frühstück war für uns perfekt. Wir sind jeden Morgen zufrieden aufgestanden. Auch die Sauberkeit der gesamten Anlage ist erwähnenswert. Der Blick über den Gardasee ist überragend!

Cons:

Es gab keinen Schminkspiegel auf dem Zimmer. Es gab keine Gläser auf dem Zimmer, um abends auf dem Balkon noch etwas zu trinken. Auch morgens für ein Glas Saft nach dem Aufstehen haben sie gefehlt. Wirklich schade! Einen Wasserkocher für einen Tee hatten wir zum Glück selber dabei. Ein Mülleimer außerhalb des Bads wäre schön gewesen. So mussten wir alles in den Kleinen auf dem Klo stopfen. Wer kann sollte auch einen eigenen Fön mitnehmen. Der auf dem Zimmer ist völlig kraftlos. Es dauert ewig die Haare zu trocknen. Die Gefahr der Überhitzung ist groß!

An exceptionally wonderful hotel in every way, and a place we will gladly return to again and again!

Сыну всё безумно понравилось: спортзал, бассейны, персонал, абсолютно всё великолепно и не к чему придраться! Другие варианты больше даже пробовать не хотим: в следующем году обязательно вернемся сюда все вместе и снова забронируем номера только здесь. We stayed here last year, and this year our son stayed here while we tried a different hotel, but we realized nothing compares to this place. Our son loved absolutely everything: the gym, the pools, the staff—everything was just wonderful with zero faults! We won't even bother trying other places anymore; next year we are definitely coming back together and booking our rooms exclusively here.
