Kostenlose Badetücher vor Ort für den Pool und die Anlage ist gut gepflegt. Auch sehr schön für die Kinder.
Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig.

Cons:

Ewige Wartezeit auf den Kaffee beim Frühstück.
Viel Personal, aber nicht jeder darf die Bestellung aufnehmen oder kassieren.
Das Abendbuffet ist sehr teuer, vor allem für Kinder. Getränke kosten extra und dann gibt es nicht mal Schnitzel oder Chicken Nuggets für die Kids.

Wir hatten für 5 Tage eine Suite &‘ haben über 2200€ bezahlt & es war nichts in der Minibar, für 3 Erwachsene standen einmal am Anfang 2 Wasser bereit mehr nicht … Für den Preis wäre es schön gewesen wenn für den Aufenthalt wenigstens einmal kostenloser SPA Eintritt dabei gewesen wäre …
Die Pool‘s außen und innen waren leider wirklich sehr kalt, kaum auszuhalten dort zu entspannen ….

Oberkellner(morgens-weis/abends-schwarzes Sako) arogant u.unfreundlich .Italo.Restaurant musste man Wasser u Hauswein bezahlen ,essen im prinz. das selbe wie im Fastfood ähnlichen ambiente( plaste u kunststoffe aller art), laut u nicht im geringsten ital.styl . Hallenbad öffnungszeiten ???14-20uhr /also kein morgenschwimmen möglich ,pool sehr frisch ,sauna u jaku nur gegen bez.- für ältere o. gehandykäppte Pers. schlecht zum rein u rauskommen . Kellner teils nervig ,weil die einem die Teller unter der Nase mit einem ...finisch... weggezogen haben, weil der Oberkellner keinen von dem Personal stehen sehen konnte . Der Chefkoch ,der seine Kreise durch Restaurant zog , sollte sich um,s seine Speissen u Saucen kümmern . Fazid schön Resauriert aber in vielen Dingen sehr stark Abgebaut.

La camera me l'immaginavo più moderna. Il letto matrimoniale composto da due letti singoli che si staccavano molto facilmente, non comodissimo per una coppia.
