Un tipetto sgarbato e arrogante dello staff alla colazione dove tutti i cartelli dicono che è dalle 7 alle 10 dal lunedì al venerdì sosteneva che aprisse alle 8 quindi dico cambiate i cartelli o mandate a quel paese il tipo un po maleducato

Quarto grande e bem iluminado; amênites bons; cama maravilhosa, travesseiros excelentes, roupas de cama e banho ótimos e cheirosos; limpeza ótima; bairro calmo e seguro.

Cons:

A distância de metro e ponto de ônibus; não há próximo bons restaurantes; a equipe da recepção não é simpática e empenhada a solucionar suas demandas; não há disponibilidade de uma chaleira eletrica no quarto e nem um micro-ondas de fácil acesso; ele ostenta 4 estrelas na recepção mas talvez tenha sido no passado, hoje está longe de sê-lo. Café da manhã caro para apresentação e variedades dos produtos, até desisti de tomar café no hotel devido ao custo benefício.

As I mentioned this hotel was an excellent choice with friendly staff and great bedrooms.

Exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

Nuby and Sophie are the best front desk staffs I have ever met. They are both so genuine and kind. Very helpful and caring. They have touched our hearts and made our stay memorable.

The room was quiet and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Even had bathrobes which were very nice.

Housekeeper staffs were friendly and hard working. The room was very clean.

Breakfast was plentiful. Great value. Again, the staffs were very friendly and welcoming.

This hotel would be my first choice if I were to visit Barcelona again.
