The staff was very nice and accommodating. We were traveling to attend a funeral and needed the room available a couple hours before the check in time and the lady at the front desk did what she could to get us a room. Everything went well and we were able to change smoothly.
The shampoo and conditioner they have is absolutely AMAZING!

Cons:

I did not like the goose pillow but that is my preference only. I know people usually likes them. Other than that nothing was wrong.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר במסעדה הצמודה למלון. ארוחה בסיסית מאוד, אין בופה לבחירה, אלא צריך לשאול את המלצר במקום . המלון נותן שובר ומוסיפים את הפער.

Terrible oversight
Pros:

I liked the location as it was close to the event I was traveling to enjoy. I liked the room size.

Cons:

The towels were small, the shower was dirty with someone else's hair stuck to the wall. The pool area and hot tub could not be enjoyed due to the drunk people with coolers of alcohol. They literally took over our space and we were forced to leave.No green tea in the room. No noise machine in the room we were right by the elevator and it was loud all night.
