A pleasant stay in FTW TX
Pros:

Hotel ottimo e personale cortese e professionale. Ottima la prima colazione. Servizi e spazi comuni molto curati. Stanza spaziosa e pulita.

Excellent hotel with friendly, professional staff. Excellent breakfast. Very well-maintained amenities and common areas. Spacious, clean room.

Where simplicity meets relaxation.
Pros:

The property was neat, clean, quiet, simple and serene. The location wasn’t super close to downtown but close enough to the city to not feel like it was in the middle of nowhere.

Cons:

The pool was an interesting shape so it made swimming with other families inside a little challenging but not impossible.

Good overall stay and would stay again
Pros:

The size of room and location

Cons:

We had to ask for the room to be cleaned, it wasn't automatic. This had to be done daily. The bathroom and toilet doors were sticking, the aircon in the small room was not working 100%, it was on full fan but not on low fan so it was noisy. The towel rail was coming off the wall, the sink was a bit blocked and the light next to the one bed was not working. We gave feedback on this all and maintenance were apparently arranged but nothing was fixed during our 5 days of stay. To be fair they offered us another room but we were settled and didn't want to move. We would stay there again, these were minor inconveniences but it would have been good to have better maintenance.

Pros:

Habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. Buena calidad del mobiliario

Cons:

Como muchos de estos hoteles en EEUU está en el medio de la nada , igual a 15 minutos en auto de stockyards y a 20 min de un outlet

Very nice staff and clean hotel.
Pros:

The location was nice. The bar was great and the coffee was great. Catalina at the bar was really nice. She made us feel at home. Great conversation with her. The hotel was pretty and clean.

Cons:

With there was a safe in the room. Other than that it was great.
