Not many room/bed options for families forces siblings to share a sofa bed which is always a chaotic. experience.

Good value for money, convenient location, great staff.
Pros:

Location very handy for an event we were going to (pretty much next door).
Breakfast was decent. Only missing fried eggs!
ALL the staff were great.

Cons:

Bed was quite small (but comfy enough).
Water pressure wasn’t great so shower was a long one! They were having plumbing work done the day we left though so could be sorted now.

Pros:

Warm and friendly welcome coupled with great service from the staff. Lovely, clean, spacious room. Well located and amazing price.

Cons:

The bed was a tad too firm for my personal taste and as a result I didn’t sleep much and it triggered my pre-existing back issues.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, fresh, clean and welcoming. The staff were exceptionally friendly and informative, and it was a lovely touch that the extra bed was already made up for our little one. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of options. I particularly appreciated that the meat products were kept well away from the vegetarian options.

Cons:

There was nothing in particular that we disliked about our stay. Everything was very good, and we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

It is no fault of the hotel, but the parking is in a busy public car park which serves a shopping centre cinema etc. It is a bit of a hike to reach the hotel with luggage. And one is aware that the parking could not be called ‘secure’. We have used it on all our stays here, and to date there has not been a problem. But one is always a little uneasy.

Comfortable beds, good shower, efficient reception service. Excellent location for transport links.
Pros:

Breakfast was reasonable, but the large fruit like strawberries and blackberries in the compote were frequently still frozen even at 8.30. The tea selection was excellent but the coffee was disappointingly bitter.
The room was clean and well supplied with towels. I opted not to have my room serviced every day.
Reception staff were all polite and efficient and helpful at all times.

Cons:

The lounge dining area was very cold and over air conditioned. I mentioned this and staff did reduce this.

The music in these areas was too loud, especially in the early evening.
