Pros:

As acomodações são honestas com quartos de diferentes tamanhos. O hotel é boutique então não há uniformidade no padrão dos quartos. O banheiro tem uma área de banho bem pequena . O Staff é diferenciado. Muito bom time, sabem receber turistas em especial a Sônia, que coordena o staff do restaurante. Excepcional profissional. Tenho restrições a Glúten e ela fez um ótimo atendimento e preservou minha refeição, inclusive oferecendo pasta e canolo sem glúten. O time da recepção tb é muito bom e atencioso. Falam muito bem inglês.

Charming hotel in Ortigia, Syracusa
Pros:

Wonderfull hotel with good service and beautiful interior and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was great and the location of the hotel is perfectly located in Ortigia.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Betten komfortabel

Cons:

Bauarbeiten im Haus und ein Teil unserer Gruppe hatte ein deutlich kleineres Zimmer.

A charming hotel with the best breakfast
Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance to everywhere in Ortigia and water front. 
The hotel was beautifully decorated, preserved characters of Sicilian Baroque architecture with modern touches. 
Best breakfast, many choices at the buffet, and you can order from the menu for eggs/cheeses/cold cuts, beautiful dinning room.
We had a double seaview room, it was very small, but the bed was comfortable and the balcony was lovely. 
The advertised free mini bar in the room were water and soda, nothing fancy. 
The front desk receptionists were efficient, but not the friendliest and warmest.
 If we ever come back here again, I would probably choose the hotel again but will book a bigger room with the seaview.

Fantastic stay

Fantastic hotel with a great location, all
staff members were really helpful especially Adrainna on reception who gave me some great recommendations, we was in the spa suite which was also great!

An absolute Gem!
Pros:

What a charming hotel! From arrival to departure it was a fabulous experience. The location is brilliant, just a short walk to explore the areas bars, restaurants, shopping, historic sites etc. Our room, while small was lovely with a sneaky sea view & free drinks in the mini bar. The breakfast amazing!! So much choice, so much food! But the thing that has set this hotel apart from others we’ve stayed in is the staff. They were all so friendly & couldn’t do enough for us. I would highly recommend this hotel

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area on foot.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, and they kindly allowed us to check in early.

The room was spotless, and housekeeping came twice a day, ensuring everything was always clean and comfortable. We also loved the complimentary drinks in the minibar—a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh, delicious food, especially the freshly baked pastries. Overall, the combination of outstanding service, cleanliness, fantastic location, and thoughtful extras made this an exceptional stay. We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay while exploring the old town.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The room was spotless, elegant, and full of charm. The location is perfect—on a quiet street in the heart of Ortigia, just a three-minute walk from the restaurants and stunning Sicilian Baroque landmarks.
