Charming Hotel with great location.
Pros:

The service was excellent. Breakfast served every morning with a delicious spread. This was a highlight! Our room was nice with all the amenities, but it was small. The bed was comfortable. We visited in June and at times the air conditioning did not seem to cool down enough. There was a ceiling fan that helped. The concierge and front desk were superb! The hotels location is a big plus. Great views and quick walking access to restaurants and shopping. Hotel is great indeed charming and nicely decorated.

One Night Stay--Wish It Had Been Longer!
Pros:

We stayed one night at Algila Ortigia Charme Hotel in the middle of our trip moving from the east to the west of Sicily. Like its name says, this hotel is simply charming. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were worried about where to park our rental car and they took care of everything for us! The complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious and what a surprise to find almond granita and fill your own cannolo! When we find ourselves in Ortigia/Siracusa again, we will definitely be choosing Algila Ortigia Charme Hotel!

Historic charm
Pros:

A beautifully renovated hotel right in the centre of the historic island of Ortigia. The service was first rate, though beware that because of the location valet parking is a must.

Pros:

Great location. Very clean. Rooms are good a d comfortable but at this price point feel they are due for unable upgrade. We had a great room with large verandha and spa pool. Our daughters room was nice but very small. Would have expected a bath option for the spa room at the price point as well as shower. Great breakfast and restaurant.

A perfect stay in the heart of Ortigia
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was simply perfect. The food was excellent, the staff was attentive, the room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless, and the location in the historic center of Ortigia could not have been better.
Being surrounded by the charm of the old town made the experience even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sicily. We look forward to coming back!

Nice hotel that made for a very Pleasant stay
Pros:

Very nice hotel, spacious room and the folks at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful. It is also in a good location, close to everything in Ortigia, but not too close. It was a lucky find for us considering we made a last minute chang of plans. We could not have picked a better hotel.

Great exoerience
Pros:

Everything, staff very professional and welcoming. The hotel is palazzo style with nice room. Great breakfast. And cherry on the cake, valet parking so convenient. Hotel is in the city center, so all amenities and sea by walk. We will definitely cone back

Pros:

This place is a real beauty ! Right on the sea. Very clean and the staff cannot do enough for you. They go above and beyond ! The breakfast is sooooo good ! The rooms are so cute and clean. What a lovely stay. I cannot stress enough how amazing every staff member was. Thank you !

Phenomenal staff
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were the stars of the show here. Every one of them constantly went above and beyond to ensure each guest was comfortable and well cared for. Adriana was an absolute delight at the front desk and constantly checking on us. At breakfast, Enzo and piero’s attentiveness went above and beyond. There was another young lady at breakfast that memorized my order and brought it to me without even asking (curly hair). I was impressed with the impeccable service by everyone here. They even have a complimentary mini bar in your room that is constantly replenished.

One recommendation to the hotel- a full length mirror in the room would have been helpful. There is one in the bathroom, but placement makes it difficult to use.
