aussergewöhnlich romantisches Schloss mit vorzüglicher Ausstattung, Küche, Aussicht und Service
Pros:

Extrem schöne Lage mit Aussicht in die Berge, sehr großes altes Schloss modern renoviert auch mit schönem Innen- und Aussenbecken, sehr gepflegtes Haus mit großem Garten und Teich an einem Golfplatz, am schönsten ist die Terrasse des Restaurants, auf der man schon bei Frühstück Vogelgezwitscher hört und abends den Sonnenuntergang sieht

Sehr freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, am Abend Buffet mit Livecooklng. Ruhetag, ca. 2km außerhalb von Kitzbühel. Schöner Wellnessbereich.

Cons:

Die Maisonette würde ich nicht unbedingt im Hochsommer nehmen, Hitzestau im oberen Schlafbereich, war aber originell.
Anfrage ans Hotel über booking wegen früherer checken wurde nur mit abgelehnt beantwortet, das hätte man schöner formulieren können.

Pros:

Nahezu alles wunderbar, vor allem der Golfplatz, der Pool, die Bar. Zimmer war auch prima - interessant geschnitten (Maisonette) und über 2 Etagen. Frühstück mit super Auswahl. Sehr netter persönlicher Empfang. Eine winzige Verbesserung: im Poolbereich stehen die Liegen eng, es sind zu viele um noch schön zu wirken. Aber das ist Hammern auf ganz hohem Niveau. Wir waren sehr begeistert!

Hotel und auch die ganze Anlage sind ein absoluter Traum! Auf dem Zimmer sind wirklich gut durchdacht und komfortabel ausgestattet♥️ absolute Ruhe, sehr erholsam

Cons:

Wir vergeben zwar die höchste Punktzahl, aber es gibt zwei Punkte, die wirklich nicht zu einem Fünfsternehotel passen: einmal die Rezeption, die wirklich billig ausschaut wie in einem Boardinghouse… passt gar nicht zu diesem wunderschönen Schlosshotelkomplex!!!! das andere ist der Außenbereich beim Pool und die Liegewiese, hier fehlt noch ein weiterer Pool, weil alles für diese Größe viel zu klein ist. Die liegen im Außenbereich sind nicht im Standard entsprechend, billig und total unbequem, hier gibt es nicht mal eine Auflage,… außerdem stehen, die liegen viel zu nah aneinander, und man fühlt sich wie am Strand von Jesolo… Wenn nicht diese wunderschöne Aussicht wäre😉

Very nice hotel with above average food quality
Pros:

The food was exceptional. Higher in quality than other Austrian hotels, and good quantity as well. The spa is really good both in variety and in quality.

Cons:

Drinks are expensive which is not surprising but they lack the quality which would match the price.
