Dinner at eatery
Pros:

It was a such good pleasant to have dinner at eatery . Staff were very help and supportive. And I meet with miss Rakhi she was so kind and very helpful .... shout out of the staff at restaurant

Higher proportion of interns affecting overall experience.
Pros:

Stayed again, usual good experience overall.

However I noticed the proportion of interns is very high and they are let do handle tasks independently. This has brought down the overall experience of staying here. Would have been a 5 rating if not for this.

Sous Chef Bharat and Nilanjanan from front desk did their best to cover for them, but one can’t keep escalating.

Business-Friendly Hotel
Pros:

I had a great stay at Four Points. The hotel offers everything needed for a comfortable business trip. While the amenities are limited, they are well maintained.

The best part of the hotel is its staff. From the reception team to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful.

A special mention to Gita, who was on her very first day at the hotel. Despite being new, she took exceptional care of the guests with confidence and a great attitude. People like her truly make a workplace stand out. Keep up the excellent work, Gita!

Pros:

Horrible breakfast - all items in the buffet were cold, no taste for sambhar and worse the service was terrible and unfriendly, waiters were not paying attention, tea took 15 mins to serve.

Cons:

Revamp dining services. Either train the waiters or get new ones.
Nobody pays attention to service and are more engrossed in chatting.

Front desk staff were good. Nilanjana promptly arranged alternate stay when a booked room was not available due to AC fault.

Good experience with Four Points by sheraton
Pros:

Had a great stay for over 10 days. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the entire staff was very humble and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home.
A special thanks to Ms. Rakhi and the Eatery Restaurant team for their kindness and excellent service. The gym facilities were also very good and helped me maintain my workout routine.

Great Hotel and Restaurant
Pros:

The hotel, the restaurant and all the staff members are great. Especially within the restaurant Rakhi is taken excellent care of her guests.

Across India, all hotels in India offer basic facilities for drivers, as they are also human beings who deserve proper rest and care. I noticed that only your Whitefield hotel does not have this facility.

Cons:

The hotel is located on a main road so you hear the trafic in your room. Drivers use to horn so you hear them even ar night. Ask a room on the side or back of the building and it will be better
