Please provide accommodation facilities for drivers as well in Four Points by Sheraton Bengaluru Whitefield. Across India, all hotels in India offer basic facilities for drivers, as they are also human beings who deserve proper rest and care. I noticed that only your Whitefield hotel does not have this facility.

Bcz of dirty food i was about to die ,doctor came and it was pathetic, i will complain to all authority

The hotel is located on a main road so you hear the trafic in your room. Drivers use to horn so you hear them even ar night. Ask a room on the side or back of the building and it will be better

Me & my Family had an excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton, Whitefield, Bangalore, India.
Special Mention : Mr.Nagulesh (Frontdesk Manager) was Polite & Professional. He handled our bookings efficiently. During our stay, he took good care of us.
Ms.Deepali from F&B Team was prompt and efficient.
Nixon from Housekeeping department was of great help.
Check In & Check Out for us was smooth & hassle-free.
The bathroom was spacious & well designed with a separate Shower area that I loved. Many 5-Star Hotels don’t have a separate shower area.
Overall, it was an extremely convenient stay & I’d stay here again when I travel to India.
I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice rooms. Very helpful staff. The Eatery has wide spread for buffet breakfast. Live counters offer more choices. The staff is very helpful. Special mention for Rakhi at The Eatery for taking good care.
We had a lovely stay at Four Points by Sheraton, Kochi Infopark. The team made special arrangements for our anniversary, which truly made the experience memorable and personal.
A special mention to Sristy, who was extremely helpful, courteous, and attentive—she went out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless.
The room ambience was elegant and relaxing, and the food was spot on, both in taste and presentation.
Overall, a fantastic experience with great hospitality. Highly recommended for both leisure stays and special occasions
