Pros:

The breakfast was the best part of the stay :) Also; their restaurants are great. Room size is good! Also; service and staff is very good.

Cons:

The rooftop pool was a big disappointment - could be made into a much nicer space. The location is very congested and noisy (not much the hotel can do about this I know); so guests must not chose this place for a relaxing holiday :)

Deres billeder af hotellet stemmer ikke overens med virkeligheden. Der er ikke et pool område som billederne viser. Det er det værste jeg nogensinde har set og betalt for.

Very happy with the service
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was very good. The staff were very attentive and helpful.
Since it was my mother's birthday they even arranged for cake slices and sent us complimentary fruits.

Cons:

There isn't much to explore on the property and the amenities offered are very standard. I wish there was a garden area and the pool on the rooftop area is very basic. There should be more sitting area so people can sit there and enjoy the sunset.

One of the best days I had in Mumbai at an affordable cost. Love the place love the ambience love the people there love

The property is absolutely amazing. I really love the stuff which is other reception and the one so special taken a lot of effort supporting guest in the Night Shift which is not an easy task. Hospitality industry is very difficult when employees work for roughly around 12 to 14 hours a day. But the way they took care of me was absolutely stunning I would really want to come back to this place once again to stay I really appreciate the entire management and the staff for helping me with everything that I needed it write from the doorman to the reception to the one who was delivering food to me the night. The room are absolutely stunning and clean very well aligned for customer's choice there is nothing that we could complain about this property.
