Bad first room, replacement room 100% better.
Pros:

The staff were very polite and friendly, the breakfast was good value, the bacon is very fatty and salty, but that's my only moan about breakfast.
Location on the sea front and close to all attractions.

Cons:

My first room was room 36 on the third floor, this room is terrible, the room is basically neglected, missing handles, rusty blind in the bathroom that doesn't work, broken toilet button, and the worst thing was the double bed made of two single mattresses, one of the mattresses was very very badly sunken in.
Reported the next morning, and was given a different room which was so so much better and a world apart from the last, until room 36 on the third floor is sorted avoid this room.
The staff were fantastic and arranged a replacement room no problem.

It was tidy and a great location for a lot of exploring. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were always greeted when we saw any member of staff.

We will return to the Beach Hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast. (So my only moan)
Despite the correct signage warning of nuts and allergies ALL THREE cereal options contained nuts.
I hate nuts. Love cereal.
If I eat more cereal I'm not so greedy on the cooked breakfast which saves us all time and money too.
Loved the adjoining restaurants.

Cons:

Just one cereal without nuts in would've made it perfect.

Pros:

L'accueil du personnel, on s'était trompé dans la réservation le directeur a fait le maximum pour satisfaire notre demande.
La situation au bord de la plage, du centre ville et du Brighton center où l'on va assister à des concerts.
Deuxième fois dans cet hôtel probablement pas la dernière.

Great location and good value for money
Pros:

Excellent location and very polite and helpful staff.

Cons:

Our bedding was very clean but we did have a hole in the sheet. The shower door had a broken roller which meant we showered with the door open (not a huge problem).
