Most important things were good, would start again
Pros:

Amazing location, very clean bathroom and comfortable beds.

Cons:

The hotel as a whole feels a bit dated, old elevator and stairs for example. The room had old furniture and was also slanted by roughly 4 degrees.

Lovely stay in clean room with bath, great location and view.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and the I did indeed have a Seaview. Bed was super comfy. Hot water was great! Nice toiletries. Great choice of breakfast with non diary milk brought out on request. Full English available. Lovely helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

I think the room needs a detail clean. It is generally clean but I had to go to town on the remote control and the carpet (which was not dirty) needed an industrial clean

Basic but comfortable and good place to rest after a long day
Pros:

Good location and staff were very friendly and helpful - breakfast was good and set us up for the day. Rooms were basic and tired but clean and comfortable, good place to rest at the end of a long day.

Cons:

Wasn’t able to cater for one of the group despite a sign saying allergies and coeliac to speak to the team (they did explain in advance though, just need to remove the sign!)

No sleep.
Pros:

The room was spacious and good mattress and very clean bathroom. Close to the waterfront, pier and Brighton Centre.

Cons:

The room smelled of fresh paint, and it was difficult to sleep with that smell. The stairs are so dirty, just like the carpet in my room. The walls are paper-thin. I didn't try the breakfast because I was told there were no vegan options.

Pros:

The breakfast was good and staff were very lovely.

The rooms themselves are small and dated and could do with modernisation but with it being located on the beach and only a 15 month walk to the town the location is perfect.
