Прекрасные апартаменты в центре города рядом с Национальным музеем. Удобно добираться из аэропорта и в аэропорт. Рядом много приятных кафешек и ресторанчиков. На кухне стоит кофемашина, а к ней пару капсул. По моему запросу добавили ещё парочку. Если собираетесь готовить, то нужно иметь ввиду, что масло, соль, сахар и т д нужно будет закупить самостоятельно. Персонал был очень дружелюбный и приятный. Всегда на связи.

Cons:

Из минусов, это то, что у меня был запрос на ранний заезд (с 12.00 до 13.00 вместо 15.00), который, на мой взгляд был практически подтвержден (we'll do our best), но с точки зрения апартаментов подтверждения не было. Но это вопрос трактовки коммуникации. Отель постарался заселить меня к 14.00.

Pros:

Staff super gentile con tante informazioni utili per visitare la città. Han tenuto le valigie prima della partenza e siccome era il compleanno della mia ragazza hanno persino fatto trovare una sorpresa per lei in camera. Questo si che è prendersi cura dei clienti. Bravi.

Gute innenstädtische Lage, das Apartment war geräumig und hatte alles notwendige. Sogar ein Jacuzzi!

Cons:

Die Apartments liegen nicht alle am gleichen Ort. Ich habe meinen Schlüssel abgeholt und wurde zum anderen Haus (2 Straßen weiter) gebracht. Ich fand es aber nicht schlimm.

GREAT STAFF!!!
Pros:

Right from the start, the communication from this hotel was SUPERB!! We had fantastic recommendations and both Muhammad and Vanessa went out of their way to make our stay the very best. Sidenote – our luggage was lost and we had a rough time getting our bags, but this staff made the situation so much better. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone coming to Budapest.
