Staff were amazing. Extremely helpful with ideas and ways to access public transport which is free for over 65s.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Public transport in easy walking distance.

Wundervoller erster Besuch in Budapest

Wir wurden sehr, sehr freundlich empfangen und während unseres Aufenthaltes richtig gut unterstützt. Kaffee und Wasser stand zur Verfügung und die Lage der Unterkunft ist absolut fantastisch. 😃 Es war ein großartiger erster Besuch in Budapest und ich kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen. Auch für Reisen mit Kindern, da sehr zentral gelegen.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The location is perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. The room was comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Great value for money.🤩🤩🤩

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything met our expectations, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Un soggiorno col sorriso
Pros:

La posizione della struttura è fenomenale, di fronte al museo nazionale a pochi metri dalla stazione metro Kalvin Ter e dal centro di Budapest. La camera era molto spaziosa e luminosa. Ottima la macchina nespresso , boiler per il tea e Minifrigo.
La cosa più bella la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello Staff della struttura.

Posizioni strategica, lo staff di accoglienza veramente carini e disponibili, camera pulitissima, purtroppo si era rotto l'impianto del condizionatore dello stabile (non della struttura) quindi disagio per il caldo, abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera con una meno esposta al sole e hanno accolto subito la nostra richiesta.

Pros:

The room is cozy and spacious. Big nice bed. I like the settings.

Cons:

1. It should advertised this place as cash only, I usually don’t carry cashes with me. They don’t accept credit card.
2. The AC is not working and it was hot in the room 28-29C, I couldn’t sleep well. In the third night, the stuff gave me a fan to use.
